COME AND SEE OUR BEAUTIFUL FALL COLORS! 1000 Square foot modern cottage. We just finished a complete remodel and addition. We offer a two bedroom, two bath home. The master bedroom has a master bath with a large walk-in shower, king bed, double closets and a 44 inch smart, flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds with individual nightstands and a large closet. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and completely stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. The living room is an open concept to the kitchen. The bar seats four and we also have a small drop leaf table that will seat two. The living room has a new pullout sofa with an air mattress attached for added comfort, two new recliners and a 44 inch flat screen, smart TV. We have a laundry area with a new stacked washer and dryer. There is a small sitting area in front of the house. In the backyard, we have a small deck with a patio set, porch lights, gas grill and a fire pit with fireside chairs. We also offer bikes and beach towels. Our home has cable, WIFI, central air and heat. We are located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood six blocks from downtown and 3.7 miles to the Castle. I am sorry! We do not allow pets.
We also own The Cozy Cottage located directly behind. Our properties share a backyard. This cottage is also listed on VRBO. TWO BEDROOM ONE BATH.

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Charlevoix e vanta una posizione strategica nel centro della città e vicino alla spiaggia. Mushroom House e Charlevoix South Pier Light sono due dei più importanti punti di riferimento della zona. E per chi ama le attività, è d'obbligo una tappa a Beaver Island Boat Company Ferry Terminal e Belvedere Golf Club. Anche Artform Fabricating e Castle Farms meritano una visita. Qui non manca niente per divertirsi sulla neve con attività come lo sci di fondo, lo snowboard, il pattinaggio su ghiaccio e lo slittino.
