This serene Vermont retreat is equipped with central A/C, WiFi, EV charger, a chef’s kitchen, spacious vaulted living room with charming stone gas fireplace, screened-in porch, two-story deck, and seven-person outdoor (covered) hot tub. The chef’s kitchen has ample counter space, an island for prep space, an additional large island for gathering, a breakfast nook, a beverage fridge, and connects to a large dining room that can easily seat 12 people. Watch a movie or play pool in the downstairs game room, where a slider leads to the back yard, deck and hot tub. After a long ski day, summer hike, or tour of foliage, come home for an adult beverage and a soothing hot tub soak with an incredible view. This retreat is perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

This home is part of the Quechee Lakes Homeowners Association, which means that by renting this house, you can get access to all the Quechee Club has to offer for an additional nominal fee. The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland). In the winter, the terrain is groomed for convenient downhill skiing (and lessons) and Nordic cross-country skiing trails, while horse-drawn carriage rides and ice skating near the base lodge and apres options complete the winter wonderland setting. The Quechee Club also offers tennis, paddle tennis, downhill skiing and an array of activities and venues for swimmers, hikers and fishermen (and fisherwomen!). The clubhouse has multiple dining options, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, lake activities, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Quechee is centrally located between the beautiful towns of Woodstock, Vermont and Hanover, New Hampshire, the home of Dartmouth College. Hanover, NH and Woodstock, VT combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication. Galleries, shops, museums and a variety of excellent dining experiences satisfy even the most discriminating foodie. For the serious skier, Saskadena Six, Okemo, Mount Sunapee, and Killington are all 20-45 minutes away.
NOTE: The pool table and outdoor hot tub are at the home for our guests’ private use only. The swimming pools, lake/beach access, golf courses, ski facilities and more are available through the Quechee Club, which is a 5 minute drive from the house.
Sorry, absolutely no pets allowed. No smoking. No parties. No Bachelor / Bachelorette party getaways. Cleaning fee includes linens. Extra guest fee charged per night per person, for the duration of the reservation, for groups between 9-12 guests total (including kids). Please note that an exterior security camera faces the driveway and street.
