PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
- The living room is bright and colorfully decorated, featuring a comfortable seating area with a smart TV. This room opens onto a terrace, furnished with a dining area for four and offering an incredible view of the sea and the residence’s pool.
- The kitchen, which is separate, is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
- The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed (160cm), a flat-screen TV, and ample storage space.
- The second bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and direct access to the terrace.
- The apartment also includes a bathroom (with WC) and a shower room (also with WC).

After a few seconds by car (or bicycle), you will reach Avenue Maréchal Juin, a central axis that allows you to:
- Stroll in the city center by heading down the famous Rue d’Antibes

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
