You’ll love this location: A two-minute stroll to the Snowflake Lift, as well as the shuttle bus stop to all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Add in a cozy, spacious townhome with a private hot tub and you’ve got a recipe for a successful mountain vacation – as well as a happy group of family and friends. This place is a winner!

This 3-bedroom plus den, 3-bathroom deluxe townhome is a great choice for families and groups up to 10, with a multilevel layout that’s perfect for multiple couples/families to share. The cozy living area features a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, nice mountain views, and comfy seating. Plus, there’s another full den area with a large flat-screen TV so the kids can watch what they want! The full kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s room for eight at the spacious dining table with room for four more at the counter. There's even a Peloton in the unit available to use (please bring own bike shoes).

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, a one-car garage (with room for another car outside) and complimentary cable TV and Wi-Fi. And like all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

Perfect location for skiing
We loved the location of this large townhouse. Two blocks uphill from Snowflake lift. In fact, you could see the lift from the deck. Easy to head home from 4 O'Clock at the end of the ski day. More than enough room for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. We didn't even use the bottom floor (which was quite cold--not sure if the thermostat was working). Looking forward to renting again.

Wonderful vacation- very helpful property manager
We had a wonderful time here. The property manager was incredibly helpful. We needed to add a night at the beginning of our trip due to a storm coming in and they went above and beyond to get the unit ready for us early. They checked on us a couple times to make sure everything was as needed. It is a very spacious unit and a perfect location. Very close walk to lift and ski rentals. Nice walk to downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here.

great location to ski rental and snowflake lift. Property was overall good. Access to the hot tub through a bedroom was somewhat inconvenient. Cleanliness was acceptable but could have been better. Management very responsive with any questions or issues.

Location is fantastic. Nice walk to town. Communication with the property management company was excellent. The layout of the property is nice for a group or multiple families and having three bathrooms was great. Overall the property is in rough shape. The carpets are extremely dirty and the property is in need of some updates. We would not stay here again but it wasn’t terrible either. Would be great with new carpet and other updates.

Great place for our large group!
We had a great stay for our family group of 8! So much space to spread out and we loved how close it was to the chair lift. We had requests that were met very quickly. Neither of our vehicles fit in the garage so we had to pay to park one of them (garage dimensions would be helpful). Kitchen was well equipped. Also loved the walking distance to town as we had one person who was not skiing. Overall, great place!

Wonderful Townhome
My family of four stayed at this house along with another family of four, 4 adults, 4 children. The house was great and comfortable slept all of us in the 4 bedrooms. The house was clean and everything we needed was provided. The location was great and we walked everyday to the snowflake lift and so it was easy for folks to drop into the house during their day of skiing. The house was also very close to main st. and we could walk to places or do the short drive. I highly recommend the house. We'd definitely try and book it again on our next visit.

A great comfortable space in the perfect location
We loved staying at this property! There were plenty of bedrooms with a bathroom on every level! The location is amazing and you can walk to the snowflake lift. We recommend taking the four o clock run back and getting off a little early so you can walk downhill instead of uphill at the end of the day! It is a short walk down the hill to the downtown area. The kitchen was stocked and appliances were new and gorgeous. Everything we needed was supplied including laundry detergent. The only negatives were that the curtain rod in the bathroom by the hot tub kept falling on us and needs to be better secured and the area by the hot tub got very icy. Overall this was a great stay and we loved having morning coffee by the fireplace! We would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future!

We came for a co-worker/friends ski trip and could not have been more pleased with the location. Truly ski-in ski-out & the walk to town was super easy. The host was very quick to respond, and the accommodations were perfect for our group of 9.

Great Location
The property location was great. We found it easily with the address given and it was convenient to town and all the slopes. the layout of the rooms worked great as we had our two adult sons and a friend. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen had all the necessities. We would stay her again.

Fantastic Location - well appointed Kitchen
We thoroughly enjoyed the location for our stay in Breckenridge. It was about 100 yard walk down to the snowflake lift and the 4 o’clock run - downhill both ways. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep and cook meals. It lost a star due to the comfort of the beds. They were quite firm. Several of our group members had difficulty getting comfortable and even opted for the couch a couple of nights.

Lift was 100 yard walk DOWNHILL, and at the end of the day we skied within 100 yards and walked DOWNHILL to the unit!Town was walking distance, but shuttle stop was nearby if we wanted it. Unit was very clean, kitchen modern with great cookware, and clean, updated furniture. Plenty of room for a large family! Would definitely stay there again!

The kitchen was pretty well equipped, and having garage entry was great so that we could just load everything there. My only very minor complaint is that the entry is a keyed lock and does not have a keycode, so you needed a key to enter (or use the garage opener keycode). About 75 yard walk to the lift and 100 yards to the bus stop, so it was super convenient.

Location was perfect for a ski vacation!
This property was perfect for our family's ski vacation. The Snowflake lift was a short walk downhill, and taking the lower 4 o'clock trail back home made it truly a ski in and ski out rental. The location made it easy to come back to eat lunch and go back out to ski after. The trolley to downtown Breck was also located near the Snowflake lift. So glad we stayed here!

Great location but not real nice
We rented this house after unit 3, which we rented in 2020, was unavailable. This house has not been updated in years. There is black mold around the exterior of the master bathroom shower. The master bathroom toilet leaks and you can see where the water is coming through the ceiling in the kitchen. The cabinet above the microwave is so full of grease from the microwave fan that you cannot touch it without getting grease all over your hands. The mattresses, furniture, and TV's are all updated and comfortable which made the stay tolerable. Every other unit in the building comes with a grill but this one does not. Location is excellent as it's a 200 foot walk to the snowflake lift. Overall, not worth the price and would'nt rent again.

Great Location in Breckenridge
Walk to town is about 0.5 miles. Snowflake lift at 100m from townhouse. If snowflake trail isn't open, you can take a bus (just 1-stop) from peak 9 to the snowflake lift. Very convenient. 4 rooms (den with murphy bed) comfortably sleeps 4-8.
