Läge, plats, plats. Vår rymliga1800 atlantiska 3 sovrum lägenhet erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt över havet från alla tre sovrum och vardagsrum. Fåglar av olika slag, båtliv, frodiga oasträdgårdar är bara några orsaker till att människor fortsätter att återvända till vår paradisegendom. 1800 Atlantic ligger mitt på ön på Atlanten. Två miles up är Key West Airport och 2 miles söderut är den berömda Mallory Square där kryssningsfartygen dockar. Utanför Mallory Square ligger Duval Street där så många butiker, barer, restauranger och museer finns.

Key West är en liten ö men vi rekommenderar fortfarande att du hyr en bil, skoter eller till och med hyra cyklar för att komma runt för att se allt. Det finns så många unika och fantastiska ställen att äta på eller besöka för underhållning.

Varje kväll nere på Mallory Square har de en Sunset Celebration. Det är här människor med unika begåvade färdigheter uppträder också här nere är många roliga leverantörer som inrättar butik. Alla tittar och väntar på att se solen doppa i havet. Nu för att nattlivet ska vakna och börja.

Mallory Square och Duval Street. är centrum där allt händer. Det finns många turistbutiker tillgängliga och på kvällen spelar många liveband i barerna. Vissa människor gillar att göra Duval Crawl där de går från bar till bar. Jimmy Buffetts första Margaritaville ligger här nedan för att påminna alla er Parrotheads om att det är 5 timmar någonstans. Det finns många historiska museer att utforska. Aldrig en tråkig stund. Det finns så mycket "Happening" på denna lilla ö som bara är cirka 4 mil lång och 1 mil bred. Ta din favoritdrink och njut av sol-, sol-, havs- och brandbollsolnedgångarna

Rap around deck was awesome. Views of sunrise and sunset unbeatable. Perfect for 3 couples. Location away from major crowds but close to everything. Owner was very helpful with restaurants, fishing charters, etc. great experience.

Could be so much better

Nice location. Needs a good paint job and upgraded bathrooms. Place was clean and had a great view. Pool and common areas very nice, clean, with friendly people. While I notified the owner of several broken appliances and other items, he quickly brushed me off and told me to contact the property manager - as if he didn’t care. To the property managers credit, he fixed or replaced the things he could. Overall, for the price I paid, I was just “satisfied” and not overly impressed. I think you can do better as I would not choose this property again.

Perfect location away from bustle

Key West has a party town rep, but here at the south end of the isle you’re a world away from duval - ok a 10 minute Uber ride. You’re a 5 minute walk from a sandy beach with rentals. Property itself is beautiful and the unit has the best location in the complex. Wonderful place to recharge and relax

So Nice!

What a treat to lay in your bed and hear the waves! The wrap around patio was spectacular. The pool and beach area were nice and quiet. Definitely rent bikes and bring tennis racquets. Everything else is provided.

They need to have the wash machine replaced! It sounded like it was on its last leg. The property manager was really good to us. The toaster broke and within a hour we had a new one.

Views on Views

The views were stunning. The pool is incredbile! The grounds are very clean as well as the condo itself. We had a great time and look foward to returning. The no see ums are very bad at dusk into the night. They tore our legs apart. Legs look like we had chicken pox for a week after returning home. The views out way the biting little nats. I would highly reccomend this condo if visiting key west. Renting the golf cart was clutch, and we did not have a problem finding parking outside the building the entire time we were there.

Beautiful views out of all rooms!

Great condo for 3 couples. One thing we missed in the listing was 1 of 2 hall baths only had a huge tub and no shower. Otherwise, it was super comfortable for all of us. Loved the underground parking which is right next to the stairs up one floor to condo and easy access to pool. The property manager was very helpful when I realized my print out of instructions was in a bag I had already stored with Paradise Porters due to our early arrival prior to check in. The condo is very quiet (we never heard our neighbors) and is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything (we had scooters for the week) and this is the 3rd time we have rented in the 1800 Atlantic complex - we really love it!

The condo was fabulous! Plenty of room. Kitchen was beyond well stocked with anything you might need to cook. Beds comfy. Air Conditioning was great especially considering the August heat. Views were gorgeous. Complex super nice with pool, bathrooms and work out room. Able to uber or drive everywhere easily. Rented mopeds and that was great to get around/parking and just FUN! Ate seafood nonstop and took two excursions through Sunset Watersports! Departures close to condo and very good employees! Half shell Raw Bar had awesome oysters on the half shell! Enjoyed live music and history at Captain Tony’s. Hemingway House had a cool tour and tons of history!

Beautiful property with great views in great location. Clean and well-appointed. Loved it! Issues: Sink in middle bathroom has a stopper that neither closes nor opens. Bottom drawer of Armoire in North bedroom is broken so it cannot be opened. Each bathroom could use one more roll of TP. Had to juggle TP back & forth between 3 bathrooms to make it through a week.

A Dentist for 40 years and not retired yet. We have been married for 44 years and have 6 children and 23 grandchildren. Brad is from Preston, Idaho and his wife Dee is from Southern California. We met at college.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We were on vacation in Key West over 20 years ago. We live in the mountains, so ocean and warmth looked very desirable. When on vacation we often like to look at real estate as a possible investment. so looked to learn what is out there. We thought at the time the price for a 2 bedroom was at 1800 Atlantic was good so bought it. Five years later this 3 bedroom came up for sale and so we sold the 2 bedroom and bought the 3 bedroom. That was before people put their property for rent on the internet fortunately now it's so much easier to rent properties out. We want to thank you for considering renting this property. We know you will love it like we do.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The best thing we like about Key West and this 3 bedroom condo at 1800 Atlantic is not only the breath taking view but also we love the quiet sereneness of this paradise spot. It's like being on Gilligan's Island, private but yet so close to the yummiest restaurants and multiple activities on the Island. After our renters book, we send them, by email, a list of activities of things to see and do as well as a list of many delicious restaurants to eat at while in Key West.
We also occasionally fly in to Miami, spend the night there and look around the lovely 'happening" Miami. In the morning we make the beautiful 3 hour drive down to Key West. We love the aqua water, the tropical caribbean feel of the many little stops on the way down the keys, we love feeding the 5 foot long Tarpon fish at Robby's Boat Rental. We don't rush down but instead we stop, relax, smell the ocean, gaze out across the water and be reminded we are on vacation. As Jimmy buffet says, "it's 5:00 o'clock somewhere" and now you are on Island Time.
