An amazing condo right on the water that is completely renovated and beautifully decorated. The pool is 50 steps away, Sapphire beach is a minute away. All the best beaches and Red Hook are minutes away. 50" TV with Netflix/Roku, WiFi, incredible views, snorkel gear, fluffy pool/beach towels, info packet with all the best tips and so much more. This listing is new, but we have hundreds of 5 star reviews on our other properties, so book with confidence - you will love it!

Great stay!

We had a lovely week at this property. Shawn was super responsive and a fabulous host. Property had everything we needed for a great stay. Would stay here again.

Beautiful View and Great Location

10/10 Recommend!

While the roadways and layout are a bit confusing at first, you figure it out and get used to it pretty quickly. The room (and our host Shawn) were both anazing! The room had some snacks and snorkel equipment that were greatly appreciated along with some tips and recommendations that we used! The view of the marina was the perfect start and end to everyday. I would absolutely love to come back and stay in this exact room. Loved it!

Anniversary vacation

My wife and Me celebrated our 34th anniversary here for 7 night's, The perfect location steps away from the pool and Sudis, wonderful view. We Highly recommend it for all.

Everything advertsed was true

The studio was perfect for us. Everything advertised was true. Clean place, well stocked, close to pool and beach. Would highly recommend it.Only caveat was lack of tv control. Only Netfix and Amazon Prime apps installed with no opportunity to add an app such as Hulu or Tubi. Normally, I wouldnt mind but was in the middle of the NFL and NCAA playoffs.Other than that, this was a great place. We enjoyed the great view from the patio and watching the boats come and go.

Nice Apartment, good host

We stayed just one night before getting on a boat at the marina. Worked perfectly for us. Host was great.

close to the Saphire beach (walking distance) that has it all: food , drinks , chairs not very busy. property was exactly as described.

Great Location and view

We loved our stay in the condo. Fantastic location; right across from the pool and Sudi's and a short walk to Sapphire beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again!

Very nice condo. We loved the location near the pool and the restaurant. The condo overlooked the marina and was a short walk to the beach.

As described. Great location!

Wonderful view of water and boats from balcony. Across from pool and bar area, but not noisy at all. Walk to Sapphire Beach took less than 5 minutes and the welcome snacks were appreciated! Had a great stay. Thank you!

Fantastic view from the balcony, plenty of amenities in the unit (cookware, towels, beach gear, etc.), very clean when we arrived. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. The local beach was never crowded. Plenty of other dining options, two grocery stores, and ferry station 4 minute drive from the unit. Did not use the pool but it looked nice.
