It is a gorgeous condo located at Midtown with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with 1 King and 2 Queens size beds. It features 9-foot-high ceilings; Italian-style kitchens, washer/dryer. It offers free wifi. The condo is well-equipped. The condominium includes rooftop swimming pool, fitness center, concierge service, and free parking. The condo steps from the restaurants, bars, and shops and 5 minutes walking distance to Miami Design District. We follow CDC guidelines using EPA approved products at cleaning.
High-speed wi-fi, Cable TV, NETFLIX and washer/dryer are included. The building amenities include a full gym, pool, mini golf, and bbq area. We also provide 1 FREE PARKING space in the building garage for our guests.
-EVERY ADULT GUEST HAS TO PAY A ONE TIME $50 REGISTRATION FEE AT CHECK-IN. THE FAMILIES ARE CONSIDERED ONE APPLICANT SO HUSBAND/WIFE AND MINOR CHILDREN, WHICH ARE CONSIDERED ONE APPLICANT. SO THE FAMILIES PAY ONLY $50. A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR CHECK-IN AND INCIDENTALS!
-GUEST CAN RECEIVE VISITORS BUT THEY MUST CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK AND LEAVE THEIR ID WITH THE FRONT DESK AGENT, VISITORS MUST LEAVE THE BUILDING BY 11 PM.
-FOOD DELIVERY MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE GUEST AT THE FRONT DESK FROM THE DELIVERY DRIVER (FRONT DESK WILL TELL THE DELIVERY PERSON TO CALL THE GUEST)

If any non-flushable item clogs the toilet during your stay, all the plumbing expenses would be charged to the guest.
Other things such as paper towel, body wash, dish or laundry detergent etc.. are not provided at the day of check-in so the guests are welcome to bring their own.
There is a market and grocery store in walking distance or those can be ordered and delivered to your unit door.
