Deck on the lake with a Weber gas grill, Blackstone gas griddle, and table that seats 6 to enjoy your time near the water.

6 daily passes to the indoor waterpark, outdoor heated pool and swim-up bar, and an additional pool located right outside the Newport Building (just steps away).

Steps to the dock for the fishing enthusiasts.

Extremely close to boat access points for those that need it. Restaurants, arcade, pools, onsite any many local restaurants and attractions nearby.

Great Lake getaway

The condo was very spacious and comfortably slept 6 of us. Very clean and easy check in and check out process. Location was great as it is close to everything! We would absolutely recommend and return in the future!

Nice place and good view

We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful condo, comfortable bed. More than expected kitchen item items. The view was great. The host was great with helping us with questions. We are excited to use this location again in the future!

Great view

Very nice condo for families. Beautiful view. Grassy area to play and nice deck. Walking acess to pool, water park, arcade and on site restaurants.

Family vacation

It was a little difficult finding the building,but once we did we were very pleased with the location. The condo was decorated very nicely and was larger than we expected. The views of the lake were beautiful. Overall we were pleased with everything about our stay except the mattresses. They were not comfortable at all, the king and queen mattresses definitely need replacing . We would consider booking again if there were new mattresses.

Amazing!!

The home was clean, inviting, and accommodating!! The owner was very sweet and easy to communicate with. The home was flawless and we had a great time! Great view of the lake and close to many restaurants and venues.

Reunion

Attended family reunion. Condo was clean and comfortable. No problems with internet or TV. You don't get the check-in codes until the day your stay starts. They came early enough that it was not an issue, and we even were able to check-in early.

Perfect family lake getaway

This was our first time visiting Lake Okoboji and we couldn't ask for a better experience. The condo was great for our family of 6. From the location, to the amenities to the cleanliness and ease of access. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit Okoboji!

Great stay!

Condo was perfect for our large family. Enjoyed the blackstone griddle and the beautiful view of the lake! Great communication from the owner. We hope to stay here again.

Wonderful place to spend some time for girls family weekend! Perfect setting by lake and nearby places we wanted to visit. If only we could order the weather! Although fireplace with a view was perfect. Loved the decor!! Hope to come back next year. Ruth and sisters!

Perfect for families

This was the best Condo we’ve ever stayed at in Okoboji. We had our grandchildren stay with us and the toys, children’s dishes and silverware, high chair… everything made it so perfect. The view is beautiful from there too. Thank you to the Bakers.

Hoak Family Reunion 2021

Such a beautiful place to stay with my daughters and two of my grandkids. The condo was perfect. We had several family members rent throughout the bridges and we by far had the best unit. We will be back in two years.

Best sunset view on the lake!

Place is clean and updated. I cannot state enough how great the view is (especially at sunset). The only negative is not the owners issue. The water park can’t find lifeguards (which seems a common issue in Iowa right now). So the indoor/outdoor pools seem to alternate which one will be open each day. I would definitely stay here again!!
