Tomando su nombre del término minero para describir un equipo de perforación de roca de dos hombres, el Doublejack Guesthouse es ladera encaramado en el corazón del casco antiguo de Bisbee, justo al sureste de Tucson, Arizona. Este hostal ofrece espectaculares vistas panorámicas del centro histórico de Bisbee y México.

Construido en 1895, antes incluso de Arizona se convirtió en estado, esta totalmente restaurado y encantadora casa de campo de la minera de un dormitorio está situado a lo largo de un camino de herradura de edad resultó escalera por encima de un aparcamiento público a nivel de calle - sólo accesible a través de escaleras suficientes para sentirse saludable! Relaxing VEBO

Cleanest VRBO i have ever stayed at. Bob was a joy to talk to and he met us at the house and walked us thru. The deck is wonderful to relax and watch the birds and sunset. 10/10 for sure

STAIRWAY to Heaven

This is a great little place to stay. Parking can be an issue. DO NOT drive a Dully Truck. The streets are basically an alley-way. Also, there are 75 steps from the street to the VRBO. If you can get up the stairs, enjoy your relaxing patio and great views. LOVE IT.

Anniversary getaway

A beautiful place and wonderful owners to deal with. If you are not in shape and want to get a good workout, it's a 75 step juant up stairs to the guest house, but definitely worth it!! Would stay there again!

Best of Bisbee!

We really enjoyed our vacation in Bisbee at the Doublejack Guest House. The home was clean, in excellent shape, and attractively decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful deck and the variety of wild birds. Bob, the property manager, provided great recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment. We plan to return!

This place is great

There are some serious stairs to get to the guest house, but it was worth it. The place was beautiful, the deck had great views of the meteor shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and communication with Bob was excellent. Overall a fantastic place and stay in Bisbee

Great experience, great place.

Communication with owner was excellent. Place was perfect for us. Had everything we needed and very walkable to get to the center of town. A lot of stairs so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues..buotherwise

A Gem!

We had a lovely stay at this historic cabin! It had all the creature comforts you could ask for (like central heat and air) which you don't always find in these older homes. The place was immaculate, comfortable, and charming, as was our host, Bob. He even had a loaf of fresh sourdough bread, butter, milk and eggs! There is a large private patio where you can watch the hummingbirds and deer! It was truly a special place.

The property was as advertized, the host was great. You need to be able to walk up and down stairs and roads as the town is on the side of a mountain. Beautiful area. Live in Phoenix, but this is the first time visiting this little gem of a town with so much history. Really enjoyed our visit.

Bisbee Retreat

Our second year at this little cottage. It is charming and well worth the climb of 76 steps. Lots of hummingbirds, and butterflies. We arrived just as the clouds burst but the downpour was over quickly. Lightning and thunder overnight made the cottage even cozier. A gem!

Great Location in Old Bisbee

I highly recommend Bob’s place, it’s conveniently located in Old Bisbee (walking distance to shops, restaurants) and very well appointed and comfortable. Bob is a great host, attentive and thinks of many small details to ensure his guests are comfortable.

Beautiful cottage in the hills, romantic and walkable to everything. The owner was kind and available. The descriptions are on point. The stairs are described honestly. We had no problem with them. It provided lovely views. We will stay again!

A Great Retreat in the Heart of Bisbee

The Doublejack guesthouse was exactly what we wanted for our anniversary. It was a delight to have the owner, Bob, greet us on our arrival and give us a tour of the guesthouse. All typical amenities and more (such as the breakfast items) were provided and much appreciated. Inside and out was beautiful, location perfect, and I can't say we had any complaints. The climb up is well worth it! Thank you so much, Bob!

A gem of a place

We loved staying at Doublejack. Bob and his partner have done an excellent job providing for the comfort of their guests. Everything in the cottage is tastefully done, from the high quality bedding and comfortable bed to the leather couch to the breakfast for our first morning. It was quiet and peaceful, and the deck (which they built themselves) has a table and chairs and a great view of the town. We had two dogs with us that were happy and comfortable throughout. They wouldn't have to have done so much in such a classy way to provide a well-liked VRBO, but they did and I see based on other reviews it has made the difference in guest's stay here and has brought them back multiple times. We would stay again if we ever returned to Bisbee.

Hidden Bisbee Gem

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Bisbee. The guesthouse is the perfect size for two people. It’s private, clean, and has great amenities. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with. They filled the bird feeder to watch birds, and stocked our fridge with the essentials. I would recommend the guesthouse fully, and plan to come back!

It was late afternoon and the sun was just setting on the red-colored mountains that surround Bisbee when we drove into town for the very first time. It was like we were looking at a picture-perfect postcard! One year later we came back for a second visit and it was during this visit that we bought a 100-year-old boarding house (which we made into our home) and the 110-year-old miner's cottage (now the Doublejack Guesthouse) next door. We love it here! Your hosts, Jeff & Bob.
