Great fishing off the bulkhead, dock and our private beach. See both sunrise & sunsets on this tranquil compound. Central Air, 55 inch smart TV and fire pit. Close to great farm to table restaurants, vineyards and shopping.

We are a married couple, Luciana a creative influencer artist and designer, her husband
Dave is in media technology, photographer and amazing chef.
We purchased the property 2 yrs ago and fell in love the incredible water vistas and calming energy of this beautiful private waterfront location less than an hour and a half from NYC. We have renovated the inside and outside all by ourselves. Growing an organic garden with fresh produce well into the fall. we have a organic garden and love sharing the home grown vegetables with our guests.
The unique multi level deck for sunbathing, dining and outdoor living. During summer months
This has been the perfect property to view sunsets being connected to nature and tranquility so you can recharge your energy.
We have spent most of our time completely renovating and making this our special waterfront oasis.
At night stars blanket the sky a truly magical experience.

Sunsets and sunrises are spectacular and we saw dolphins swimming just outside our bulkhead during summer.
Bald Eagles fly over and we catch fresh seafood off our bulkhead or dig for clams in front of our home. Super close proximity to many vineyards and incredible restaurants.
