Other than a couple hiccups that this host quickly made right the stay was fantastic. She was very responsive. The suite is so cute and comfortable. Very child friendly!

Overall, a nice stay. Unfortunately, there was an air mattress that was supposed to be there that we needed to use but it was MIA. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Very nice and clean. Beds super comfy! We had a spot to park when we arrived we left to go to the store came back and there was only one spot four buildings down that was open still not a big deal... however at 1230 in the morning a man in the building began pounding (literally beating) on every door to let whoever that parked in a no parking area know they couldnt be parked there.... scared all of us awake my fiance confronted the man and the man returned to his unit.

The condo was out of town which was Nice! The beds were very comfortable. The condo was very roomy with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The parking was hard after getting back from shows late at night to find a parking spot. The swimming pool in my opinion was way too small and was always full so never got to get in it. I was a little disappointed that there was no hot tub when I really thought I had read that there was one. The washing machine needs to be cleaned a little better. The shower curtain in the big bathroom has mold grown on the bottom and I think it is fading cuz it was really red on the bathtub from the shower curtain. All in all, it was a nice place to stay. Very noisy though.

You can hear everything

The appliances did not work well. The washer leaked. There is no room to walk around when the double and twin bed are out. You can hear everything from the neighbor walking around upstairs to the neighbor’s dog barking nonstop. I would not rent this place again or recommend if.

Thanksgiving 2024

We had an enjoyable stay this Thanksgiving holiday. The location is perfect! The listing was as pictured. The check-in and check-out processes went smoothly thanks to the detailed communication provided by the host. I would recommend to others and will search for this listing when planning future trips.

Home sweet home

A lovely spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Branson. Nicely decorated large living room and bedrooms spaced well so it is quiet. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. stay.

Ok for the price

Booked this condo somewhat late due to it being one of the few places that accepted a one night stay at a reasonable rate and had the number of bedrooms and bathrooms we needed. Beds were comfortable, we weren’t there long. Overall cleanliness lacked a bit. Shower curtains moldy. Smelled of stale cigarettes.

Great home

The home is a great place for families. We enjoyed our stay. The living room and dining area are super cute. I like the simplicity of the decorations. It is well put together. We have 5 children and it was enough space for all of us. Bring an extra chair for the table though if you have more than 6 people in your family or you may be able to ask the host to bring one over. Overall, we enjoyed our time in this home. We made great memories.

Disappointed

We arrived and it looked dirty. After one night you could tell the sheets were still from the guest prior to us. My daughter woke up with a fake eyelash that was in the bed. The kitchen table has drawers and my daughter opened it while eating to find old spit out food in it. The patio is not useable as it’s filthy and trash plus no BBQ pit which I had brought my charcoal to use. The kitchen was also filthy. The towels were also almost black and originally white. Just overall was not the vacation I envisioned. I was not planning a day to clean house and do the laundry but there I was.

Great place to stay

Everything was just as described. Close to a lot of attractions, clean and well kept. The only complaint is that we couldn’t get the wi-fi to work.

Easy access to Silver Dollar City and 76.

Easy check in for our family. Short drive to SDC and 76 Country Blvd. Nicely decorated for Christmas. The apartment is nice, however the neighbors upstairs were noisy. The middle bedroom only has 1 bed plus a trundle. The pic shows 2 beds plus trundle. Lots of extra blankets, towels and the furniture, including the bed were comfortable.

The stay was overall a good time with family. I do jot like to say anything, but since we work in hospitality with hotels I have to say what our true feelings were. The decorations were great!! I did book this by the listing showing 3 beds in the middle room and there is not. So one of my kids ended up not having a bed, and sleeping on the couch. As far as the cleanliness the bathrooms, and kitchen were very clean, but the floors were so dirty our feet would turn black when we would walk on them. And while my daughter was laying on the couch she found a dog treat down inside. And we do not have a dog. The location is great and close to everything which is a good part of this property.

Great stay

The condo was decorated beautifully for the Christmas holiday as expected. The beds were super comfortable with good quality linens. Parking wasn't an issue for us. We loved the supply of games for the kids. A few things to know... The condo looked nice, but the floors and toilets weren't very clean, and there was an unknown type of pill inside the top drawer of the bedside table in the middle room. Luckily I found it before my kids got a hold of it. The men staying in the condo above us sounded like a herd of elephants through the ceiling so be prepared for the noise. It wasn't a huge issue, but did impact our kids trying to fall asleep. There are no locks on any of the bedroom doors so privacy could be an issue. The outdoor patio lights didn't work when we tried them. We could not find the dustpan to use with the broom when we needed to sweep up something. Only one dishwasher detergent pod and 2 laundry pods were provided so bring your own if you plan to do several loads or want fabric softener or dryer sheets.

Great girls trip

Property was in a great location. Decorated beautiful for Christmas. Cocoa/coffee bar was a nice extra touch. Has everything we could have needed. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. This property is most comfortable for 5 adults as the extra trundle bed that pulls out does not allow for the bedroom door to be opened. The couch is extremely soft and comfortable and is where the 6th person slept instead of the trundle bed. Ashley is a great host and responds quickly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We are builders and have recently started our own construction company. We are 5 years married and our baby girl just turned 2! This property is newly remodeled and newly purchased! This means it looks, feels and IS so fresh and so clean! The location is supreme - as you can zip all around Branson via the backroads and will find yourself within 10 minutes of ANYTHING! This means, SDC, Table Rock Lake, Restaurants and Shopping! We love this community and the property, plus I think my husband did a pretty good job on the Shiplap walls =) The unit across was purchased by my best friend - so you will find many similarities. Great to book together and turn your 3 BD into a 6 BD!

Enjoy our coffee bar- Shiplap Walls - High Def, ROKO TVs, Walk In Unit! Chalet is stocked with family games and a wonderful patio! Not to mention Handicap accessible and decorated by Ashley herself (that's me). You might even see some of my very own creations hanging on the walls!
