Three bedroom, two bath, raised house with parking for 2 cars underneath. Sleeps 4-6 adults or 4 adults and 3-4 children. House is equipped with a wheelchair lift. Quiet street in walking distance to campground store and restaurant. Golf cart included. Two blocks from pool and three blocks from the ocean. Parking permit required. TV, DVD/Blueray, cable and wireless internet provided. TVs in each bed room. Whole house speaker/intercom system.Kureg and Mr. Coffee pot, cooking equipment and Air Fryer/toaster oven , plates and utensils are available. Gas grill is provided.There is a per day car pass that is required by Ocean Lakes resort. It is $12/day/car and you will be contacted by OL after you are registered.

Great house in perfect location

We enjoyed our stay! The owner was very easy to contact. We met a couple of the neighbors that were friends of the owner. They let us know that if we needed anything, they could help also. The house was great and in the perfect location, a short walk from the beach and store. We were given use of the golf cart and the elevator as well. This was a great help with our luggage as my husband is having shoulder surgery soon.

Perfect location

We very much enjoyed the location and spent many hours on the large front porch. Even the neighbors were friendly! The house sits in a quiet area, but within minutes walking of the water park, sandy mart, nature center and even the ocean. Golf cart included was an awesome bonus! As far as the rooms go - one large bedroom with adjoining bath was convenient. The bunk room was spacious and worked very well with the trundle for our three kids age 7 and under. If not using the trundle, there would be plenty of space for a pack n play or additional sleeping cots. The third bedroom was on the smaller size, but great for grandma to have her own space. Only dislike was the lack of a night stand and not much room for her things. We felt the house was cleaner than other houses we've stayed at. However, the floors felt dirty underfoot and the tile could really use a good scrubbing. We vacuumed a rather gross amount of wrappers, crumbs and dirt from under the beds before we felt comfortable setting up the trundle for our youngest. I would say this is a reflection of the cleaning company, not the homeowners. And it wasn't enough of an inconvenience to bother them with it. It's a minor thing when you take into account the location, the golf cart, the large front porch, comfy couch and cozy decor throughout! The owners were wonderful to rent from and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Great for family!

We stay at Ocean Lakes every year and this place was so close to everything the grandkids wanted to do and very kid friendly place to stay as well. Very clean and close to the pool too!

Very small living space

The house was not ready when we arrived at 3, we had to call owner as it was not cleaned . We waited till a little after 5 to get in which was kind of annoying . The house says it sleeps 8 but we were only 5 and it was tight , the kitchen table seats 3 ! The location is fine but the kitchen floor and bathroom floors could use a good cleaning as well as the outdoor furniture . It was ok but wouldn’t stay there again !

Fabulous weekend getaway.

We had so much fun staying at this house for a weekend soccer tournament. The house was cozy. The owner is very nice to work with. The boys were sad to leave. We would come again!

Beyond expectations

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house is clean, homey, and inviting. Definitely went beyond our expectations. Pictures does not do this beautiful home justice. The owners were amazing and answered any questions quickly. I definitely recommend this home for a vacation getaway.

Beautiful Beach Home for my Family

We brought our 12-year-old and a couple of her friends to celebrate her birthday. The home was very clean and had enough space for everyone. The golf cart was an added plus to get to the beach and the indoor pool. With so many amenities on the property, there was always something to do! Will definitely be looking for this rental on our next trip.

Great Rental

The location is great. The owners make the process easy and are quick to respond. Golf cart is an added bonus. Plus the deck furniture has been upgraded and we spent a good amount of time utilizing the deck space.

Perfect family getaway

This was a great location. Close to the waterpark, pool, store and beach. The golf cart was an awesome bonus. It helped get our beach gear down to the beach access and was great for evening rides. The house was just fine for 7 of us. It smelled clean when we walked in and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the covered deck with comfortable Adirondack style seating. The lift was a great help to get our stuff up to the entrance of the house. The owners were very qucik to respond with any questions. We would love to come back again.

Hello, we are from Virginia. We have been camping at Ocean Lakes for several years. We really like the amenities that are offered by the resort and love bringing our grand children here! We love our house because of the quiet neighborhood, proximity to the pool, Sandy Mart and the beach. We hope that others will enjoy bringing their children and grand children here!
