Veronie Villa, Veronie Villa - 100 Steps to the Beach! Great Relaxing Ocean Views

Come enjoy time at our family beach home, Veronie Villa. This second row, 3 bedroom/3 bath on Ramada Beach was lovingly rebuilt by Papaw Veronie and his three sons after Hurricane Ike washed their original house away. Sitting on 1.5 lots, it is approximately 100 steps from the covered parking area to the beach and features an open concept living room (with sleeper sofa)/kitchen, primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom and a smart TV, second primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds that shares a hall bath with guests – all on the same floor. The kitchen is stocked with spices and lots of pots and pans for cooking your favorite meals. Internet is provided as well as Dish TV. The second-floor deck extends around two sides with covered and uncovered areas for eating and enjoying beach views, and of course, taking in the relaxing and hypnotic sound of the surf. On the ground floor, wash the sand off in our outdoor shower and enjoy our grill, bar, picnic tables, fish cleaning station, outdoor game, and old-fashioned tree-style swing. There is a cargo lift (not an elevator for humans and pets) that can be used for transporting luggage, groceries, coolers, etc. up to the second level.  Have a golf cart delivered to the house and discover the fun of riding up and down the beach and around the neighborhood. Most of all, we want you to enjoy the easy, loving atmosphere this house offers from the years of absorbing the special connections this large, Cajun family brought to it. Dogs (2 maximum) under 50 pounds are welcome with a $75 non-refundable pet fee to be arranged with host.

What a beautiful home, great views of the beach, very short walk to the beach and so cozy. The open space of the kitchen/dining area/TV living room area made is so easy to visit with family - we so enjoyed it. The deck had a great view to enjoy our morning coffee and evening beverages.. Even the younger crew (20's - 30's) had a great time. Grocery Store and restaurants were very close as well a WWI and WW!! Army forts

GREAT Location!!

This cabin is so nice! Huge island that fit everyone. The 3 bathrooms are so convenient. You can see the beach from the deck and it’s a short walk to the water. Laurence was so helpful and great to deal with. I highly recommend this cabin!!

Great getaway

We love this home away from home. It has everything you need and then some. This was our third stay and hope to keep visiting in the future. The walk to the beach is short, the view is amazing, and the host is the BEST! Thank you Laurence for everything! I highly recommend this property for anyone's next beach getaway!

Beautiful house will stocked and great location. Only complaint I have is a/c didn't keep up but there were fans in the closets so that helped. (We are a hot natured family lol)

Great long weekend

Fantastic Beach House!

Can’t say enough great things about this house. The house was amazing, perfect location and stocked with everything you would need. But above all I cannot say enough about Lawrence he is the most amazing owner I have ever dealt with(and I have rented lots of properties through the years). He is amazing, readily available for any question or issue that may arise and sincerely wants your vacation to be perfect. Don’t hesitate to book this beach house, just leave some time open for us because we will definitely be back!!

Great Beach Vacation

Great vacation with 4 of my grandchildren...house was beautiful, and everyone enjoyed their stay...I would definitely stay here again. Great communication with owner and you can tell he is overall a nice guy and cares about his guest. House looks just like the pictures on the site. Location is close to everything you need. We DIDN'T want to leave!

This property was exceptionally nice. This cabin was awesome. When we pulled up the color was beautiful, even better then photos. you could see the beach well from most of property. It's not 100% view from the deck but it's pretty close and it was wonderful to see and hear the waves the whole time. We probably spent more time out on the wonderful deck then we did inside. Cool big life gaurd like deck chairs plus a patio table with about 7 chairs. So ocean view is Pretty clear even though it's the second cabin. The deck also seemed very safe for our 1-year-old granddaughter. There were 10 adults and a toddler with us total (our 4 kids and their plus 1, and our granddaughter). It was cool, great a/c inside. There was plenty of nice new appliances, three bedrooms and three bathrooms ( one tub ) plus the shower downstairs for rinsing off. plenty of places for our cars to park under the cabin. Under the cabin had a little bar with seating and there was lots of room in the shower. There was even some chairs available and some beach toys available. We use the pull out sofa and brought an air mattress on top of the beds. All fit very nicely in the living room with room to spare. (3 queen and 1 bunk bed in the bed rooms) The bed was comfy the bathrooms were nice. The whole cabin handled our of numbers surprisingly well on every front. The best part to us was the location. we could see the beach from most of the windows from the kitchen to the living room and on to the deck. There was four different doors leading to the deck one from the master bedroom. Deck only had access from inside the cabin. It was a beautiful place. there's plenty of room for all our bunch and we had visitors. On our last day we even had some dolphins in front of the cabin. The walk to the beach just took two minutes or less. We can sit on the beach and take photos of our family in the water it was close enough to watch everybody. We could see each other wave from the water on the deck. It was clean on the beach except for right after this rally but they cleaned up pretty quick. We went in the water every day. We went in may there wasn't a whole lot of traffic on the beach constantly at all. It was an exceptional cabin and we would like to rent it again. I certainly didn't want to leave it and I think any family would enjoy it.

Dream House at Crystal Beach

The rental process was very easy. The host Laurence is the best and is in touch at just the right times. The list of things to do at the end of your stay is easy to follow. The upgrades were wonderful, and overall this is our favorite family vacation spot. We will definitely be back to Veronnie Villa!!
