Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family."

Condo Rules:
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors
-No pets allowed
-NO candles allowed in condo

Information to note prior to your trip:
Housekeeping will leave a roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish/hand soap, and trash bags. We also have coffee, sugar, and some basic condiments to get you started.

Information to note during your stay:
-We have a beach towel available for every guest.
-Beachside chairs and umbrellas are available to rent for $40/day, you can rent through Sapphire, Sonny's beach rentals next door behind Margaritaville or the Holiday Inn next door.
-Poolside cabanas are available to rent for $125/day and reservations can be made 24 hours in advance at the front desk. There is no charge for poolside chairs.

The TVs are all set up for streaming. You can easily stream Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc. There is no cable.

Please note: Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public.You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you would like access to their pool.
