About this property
Private oasis with canal, dock, heated pool privacy fence. Relax and enjoy.
Two bedrooms with spare room for extras. Newer appliances and inside laundry. Large newly remodeled pool. Dock on salt water canal just half mile to bay. Island sanctuary across canal with interesting birds to watch. This past season we had Manatees visit our canal. Resort town of Punta Gorda across from bay. Great restaurants, evening music and enjoyable atmosphere. Your turn to enjoy.
