Villa Sol is a very beautiful and spacious villa. It is surrounded by a lovely established garden with flowering bushes and Mediterranean plants and several fruit trees (lime, orange, mango, avocado, pomegranate, apple).


It is near the small town of Estoi where you will find a supermarket, a couple of bars and a few shops . In Loulé which is a 15-minute drive, you will find everything you need - restaurants and bars, a shopping centre with a large supermarket, many boutiques and shops and a covered market. On Saturdays there is an open-air fruit and vegetable market.

The villa is located on a hill and it has panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and hills and in the distance you can see the Atlantic Ocean. The location is private and you are not overlooked. The garden is completely fenced, as is the swimming pool. In the distance, you can slightly hear the A22 road that leads to Spain, but it is not disturbing and at night, you can hardly hear it.

The large swimming pool (10 x 5.5 metres and 2.20 metres deep) is private and fenced and is surrounded by several large terraces and a wall. On the main terrace there is a gas barbecue and outdoor kitchen with sink and cupboards. This spacious terrace practically surrounds the whole villa.

It has free Wi-Fi Internet (Satellite).

The nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes' drive away, and the nearest restaurant and bar are 800 meters away. There is a small supermarket 800 meters away where you can find almost everything you need.

The villa is very spacious and comfortably furnished and equipped. There are four double bedrooms, all of a very good size. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (150 cm wide) and it opens out onto a large private terrace. It also has a dressing room and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower and bidet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed (150 cm wide) and its own private terrace. The third bedroom has two beds that can be joined to make a double bed as well as a sofa bed. There is a second bathroom on this floor with bath and shower attachment and a separate shower. On the ground floor there is the fourth bedroom with two single beds as well as a sofa bed which can be used as an office, as there is a desk and chair in it. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath and shower attachment and a separate toilet with bidet. The rental has plenty of storage and cupboards throughout.

Large living room with satellite TV, dining area (large table for 8 people) and fireplace. The living room opens onto a large covered terrace with garden furniture (chairs and sun loungers and large tables and chairs for dining outside).

Cot and high chair and baby gates available.

Each room is equipped with an air conditioning unit and an electric heater.

The kitchen is very well-equipped (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine with filters, espresso/cappuccino coffee machine, microwave). There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer which leads onto a terrace where you can put your washing out to dry. There is also a large pantry with freezer leading off the kitchen.

The villa is cleaned at the end of the first week of your stay and bed linen and towels as well as end-of -stay cleaning are included in the price.
