Come and stay in our beautiful newly redecorated two bedroom two bath condo that is directly on the beach with unobstructed sunset views.
Our condo has an elevator that opens directly onto the balcony. The pool is just steps away from the elevator. There is an outdoor seating area to the south of the pool area.

The master suite with attached bath includes a king size bed, flat screen tv and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, flat screen tv and closet space. There is a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests. The second bathroom is in the hallway right next to the second bedroom. All bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans, cable and WiFi.

Relax and enjoy the beach view from the living area that comfortably seats five and has a pullout sofa bed. The adjoining dining area seats four at the table with two stools at the kitchen counter as well.

The well stocked kitchen has all new appliances and dishes along with a coffee maker and toaster. There is also a new washer and dryer in our unit. Blow dryers, iron and ironing board and beach towels are all provided.

A storage closet located in the covered parking area downstairs is full of beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella and a cooler.

We have a strict no pet policy. Pets are not allowed in our condo complex or even on the beaches here in Indian Rocks Beach. I will only book through VRBO to insure a safe and secure booking process.

Wonderful Place with Beautiful View!!

The condo is very clean and comfortable. The view from the ocean front balcony is amazing. Elevator directly to the condo is an awesome amenity. Storage room in garage area with everything you could need for a day at the beach! Chairs, umbrellas, buckets, and so much more. Beach towels provided. Would definitely love to stay again!!

Happy

Very nice property overlooking the Gulf of America. We would be happy to return and would recommend the condo to others. The elevator was great for us older folks. The only negative thing we could say is the weather was not that good for the 3 weeks we were there but that was no fault of the owner.

Great Getaway

Nice condo with great view. Elevator from ground floor to condo was nice and convenient. 7 day stay. Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores are laidback easy going and shopping close by. Wife and I are age 65

Everything was great. Location, parking, walkable, and view. Kids used the heated pool. Easy access to the beach. Sunsets were awesome. We would rent again.

Nice condo- frustrating trip for us

This condo was everything expected according to the listing minus a couple hiccups that made the first couple days bearable but not great. The good: beautiful location, super clean, beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, & towels provided, comfortable furniture, decorated nicely, streaming television services, close to restaurants. The bad: we arrived knowing the elevator would most likely be being serviced and was aware we are on the 3rd floor and expected 3 flights of stairs. This is true however I consider it 6 flights of stairs with 3 landings. The temp didn’t seem to cool in the condo and after a day of travel and grocery shopping and getting everything to the condo we were quite sweaty, and irritable. After communicating via text back and forth we began working to find the air conditioner problem. My husband changed a filter for the owners, we tried turning unit off to thaw it for a few hours with no success. This left us with 2 nights, and 2 days and part of a 3rd day with no air. I unfortunately was not able to cook in the kitchen those days because of heat. Maintenance was sent and he fixed whatever was clogged and my husband had to stay in the condo while the guy worked taking up more time. I know these things happen it just was unfortunate because condos are pricey and we wanted a trip to unplug not take care of another property away from home. Quiet week minus night one (Neighbors turned off music after asked) and the weekend expected due to Labor Day.

Stunning views

My family and I stayed for 6 amazing nights in August. We loved the condo, the amenities, the views, and the easy access (via the left) to both the pool and the beach. As per the other reviews, the condo was clean and very well-equipped. There are several restaurants within walking distance and Guppy's is definitely recommended. The internet was a little slow at times and the air conditioning was a little noisy in the second bedroom, however, my girls (11 & 7) slept fine. The host communication was timely and very helpful. The sunsets were beautiful

Book it! You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I took our two younger children here and it was the perfect spot. The listing was exactly what was described. The elevator had some issues on the first day, but they resolved them pretty quickly. Valerie was quick to respond to any questions I had which I appreciated. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for the stay. The location was perfect -- almost in the middle of Clearwater and St. Pete so you could experience several areas of the strip if you had the time. But most of all, you can't beat the view!! This was our 15th beach trip/beach condo stay and things this place had that most others don't are: beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, seasonings for the kitchen, coffee filters, designated parking spot, private elevator off the balcony. Several other things too, but those are the main things that stood out. We would, and more than likely will, book here again!

Home away from home

Once again Indian Rocks Beach did not disappoint. When we got to the condo felt like home. Everything was clean we even got to check in a little early. Vivian always nice and timely on responding. WE WILL BE BACK LORD WILLING.

Wonderful vacation.

Property was clean, well taken care of, and had a great location to the beach and local restaurants. I can tell Valerie pays attention to details and it was appreciated. WiFi worked, TVs were great, and beds were comfy. My family had a wonderful stay.

Great place

This place was as advertised and worked out great for our family. Parking and the elevator were nice for unloading, and loading our stuff. Big bedrooms, nice bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed to do any kind of cooking. We did run into an issue the second night we were there in which time I contacted Valerie the owner and told her what the issue was. She handled it great and had our place taken care of in no time. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay here again. Valerie was great to deal with and will do whatever she can to make your stay the best it can be. Thanks again for letting us stay in your little piece of paradise for the week.

Great condo, great location

This condo was great! It was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean, had plenty of household items, bed was comfy and the elevator was awesome! The condo is within walking distance to several restaurants, our favorite was Guppy’s. The pool is small but we spent most of our time at the beach. I will definitely consider coming back to this condo next year.

Gorgeous

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. My Mother and I will definitely be back. The condo is gorgeous and has so many nice features. The pictures do not do it justice. Walking distance from everything you need. The beach is great. The sunsets are stunning.

Great Beach Front Property

My family and I stayed for a week in April and loved the property as well as the proximity to all the amenities on IRB. Publix is close for a cheaper grocery run and the complex had quick/easy access to the pool and beach. Going into the trip we UNDER valued the private elevator which was clutch! My only “complaint” is the internet was a bit spotty for work with caveat that I was attempting to connect to the VPN and open large files but most likely won’t want to work given the incredible view of the ocean! Additionally, the host is incredible! Communication was timely and she made the entire process seamless! We’ll definitely be back for another stay!

Just book it….no need to look anywhere else. Fantastic place to stay with kids or as a romantic getaway. The owner is amazing and she has created a stress free place to call home with beach gear, beach toys, games, extra sunscreen, bags/coolers, towels, stocked kitchen, charging cables, very comfy beds, and it is super clean too. The sunset views at night and morning coffee on the porch were wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and everyone in the small community was so kind. Take a walk for dinner or ice cream….this location is the best. I am so happy that we found Valerie’s place at IRB!

Location: Great location; several restaurants within walking distance and nice quiet/safe area. Host: Very responsive. Property: Pool heated and available in cooler weather. Nice outside seating area. We didn't use beach chairs, etc. but available. Unit: Needs some work. Nicely decorated, not over the top beachy. Can tell updated in some areas but maybe could have been better quality . First night: husband locked in bathroom for almost 10 minutes due to broken/cheap sliding door, problem with running toilet. We fixed both. Two things that bring down this rating to 2.5-3. Kitchen cupboard laminate is peeling off and almost cut myself a couple times. Bugs- you expect a bug or two in Florida but found one or two in kitchen/on walls almost everyday. I would add the host got right back to me with our first night issues and said she would follow-up.

Great Stay

Lovely condo! Stayed with my husband and two adult children. It was the perfect size for us. Kitchen is well equipped. The location can't be beat. The elevator is a game changer. It was so nice to be able to walk out and be at the beach and pool. Also, having beach chairs and towels available was wonderful. We will be back.
