Former wine store completely renovated, 12 km from the spa town of Jonzac, ideal for a family or between friends, for a summer stay or a stopover during the year.

The cottage is located between Montendre and Jonzac, in a quiet little hamlet surrounded by fields of sunflowers. A perfect getaway to find peace and serenity.

Chaunac is a quiet hamlet and the respect for our neighbours and its environment are very important.

The one level gîte, accessible to people with reduced mobility, is made up of:
-a comfortable living room,
-a kitchen equipped with everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer...
- bedroom 1: a double bed
- bedroom 2: a king size bed 160 x 200 and a single bed
- bathroom with walk-in shower that can accommodate a wheelchair

-private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue
-parking directly serving the gîte is free
-swimming pool shared with another gîte unless you book the 2 gîtes together.
-outside: pétanque court, badminton, trampoline and table tennis.
