It is a very short walk to the Myrtle Street beach and a short walk to the St. Simons Island Pier as well as the Old Coast Guard station and East Beach.
This cozy cottage has just been fully renovated and newly decorated as of December 2020! This listing is for the downstairs unit at this duplex. Ryan, our manager, grew up on St. Simons Island and from a young age started to help managing vacation properties for his parents and is now apart of managing Park Lane. He knows the properties like the back of his hand and will make sure that you feel right at home during your stay. Why this property? Park lane is so special because of its unique location on St. Simons Island and is situated on a quiet dead end street lined with beautiful oak trees. It is a close walking distance to nearly all the major amenities that the island has to offer from the Pier Village to renown famous and restaurants.
