About this property

Come stay at our recently built custom home on Lake Hamilton. We look forward to providing a great experience on the shores of Lake Hamilton.

This modern waterfront home sits just off Central Avenue in Hot Springs in a quiet cove on the center of Lake Hamilton. Walking distance from the Hot Springs Mall and all of the activities central to Lake Hamilton, this 3 bedroom/2 bath home is close to everything. And there's free wireless Internet throughout.

The Three Bedrooms (3)
The house has three bedrooms - 1 master upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs (accessed only via an external entrance). The master bedroom is a large bedroom overlooking Lake Hamilton with a king size bed and closet with washer/dryer. The lower bedrooms are accessed externally - the first has a double size bed, TV, DVD and separate closet. The second has two twin beds along with a TV, DVD and closet. Both lower bedrooms have direct access to a separate bathroom (3/4 bath with shower).

The Two Baths (2)
The master bathroom has a bath/shower with a sink and toilet. The lower bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower (no bathtub).

The Kitchen
We have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, wine/beverage fridge, microwave, stove, gas oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and utensils.

The Deck
We have a table with umbrella along with a gas BBQ grill looking out over Lake Hamilton.

We're located just down the road from the Oaklawn Race Track - just off Central Ave. Catch the races during the day and chill out on the lake at night.

You can tie your boat off the dock in front of the house and relax on the deck overlooking the lake. This home is perfect for two couples seeking privacy or a family with older kids. You're minutes from everything but feel secluded in this cozy cove.

Come stay for the many annual events in Hot Springs including The Hot Springs Music Festival, the 4th of July fireworks (watch from our deck!), the Hot Springs Jazz Fest, the Spa-Con, the Hot Springs Motorcycle Rally, Magic Springs Concert Series, the Blues and Jazz Festival, the Natural State Beer and Wine Festival, Tower to Tunnel 5k, Kennel Club and Dog Show, Hot Water Hills Music and Arts Festival, Garvan Woodland Gardens Holiday of Lights and the Oaklawn Racing and Casino.

Very clean and comfortable!

The house was very clean and comfortable! The tea kettle was missing, but other than that the kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the afternoon and evenings on the deck where we could view the lake.

Family Spring Break

Cute little lake side property with everything you need. Beautiful deck to relax and rejuvenate while listening to the sounds of nature. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds! Quiet area but conveniently located on Lake Hamilton. Managers/owners are attentive but not evasive. Very nice VRBO!

Excellent Lake Hamilton escape

This is a fantastic lake front property! Well-designed, well-stocked, and very comfortable. It's an excellent choice for a family with older kids as the upper level with master bedroom is a separate entry from the lower level with two bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again if future travel brings us back to Hot Springs.

Great place!

Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with host was excellent. It would have been nice to have a small fire pit to sit outside by the chairs and enjoy the cool weather.

Great location, very clean

The property was in the perfect location to Hot Springs. The view of the lake was great. House is very cute and very clean. The only downside for us was the 2 other bedrooms being in the basement area with a seperate entrance. We would have preferred to be all on the same level. Other than that communication with the owner was great. The house was very clean, which is always my main concern. Would definitely recommend. intraa

Beautiful Little Spot

We enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and well organized. We were able to chat with our host easily. Our only challenge was the home layout since the main floor and lower level are disconnected. This made it a little tricky for one of our children (she was just scared and ended up staying on the main floor sofa.

Fall Fun at the Lake House

This was our second stay at the Lake House, and we enjoyed it very much. The house is very clean and well stocked with all the necessities (soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc). All appliances, fixtures, and electronics are in great condition. The location is peaceful, yet very close to shopping and dining options. We appreciated being able to bring our dog Sarge along. Communication with the host was clear and prompt. We are already planning visit #3!

Love this place!

A little piece of heaven! The cabin/cottage has a great ambience, nice views, large wonderful deck, (my dog loved that), and all that you could want from a VRBO. I loved all the natural light, the kitchen was fantastic, proximity to necessities, yet you feel as if you are tucked away in your own little enclave. I look forward to coming back! Thank you to the host and manager who were very communicative and responsive.

Great Stay

House was conveniently located near the lake. Plenty of food places to eat all within a ten minute drive. We arrived for a baseball tournament at Majestic Park, which was also about a 10-12 minute drive. The owner had a detailed list of places to eat or try which was useful for us. I recommend this place.

Breath taking

Overall this property is a 10 out of 10 ! Easy directions nestled in in its own little Nook . We had a glorious time. Waking every morning and sit out on the dock and watch the ducks . There’s a lot to see in Hot Springs so start with the bathhouse.

Great Lake House!

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend at this cute house on the lake. The great room/kitchen is large and comfortable. Lots of seating on the deck. There is direct access to the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and swimming in the cove. Beds are comfortable, too. Communication with the host was great. We hope to be back next year.

Absolutely WONDERFUL house and location

This house was absolutely perfect for my family and what we wanted/needed! It was super nice and clean, felt like our own little private area, but literally right by everything you need! The hosts were extremely quick to response and helpful! I would come recommend this house to anyone! Also if you have older kids or another family with you who need space, the downstairs area is completely separate, giving everyone their own privacy! We just loved everything about this place!

What makes this property unique

Our property is a great combination of seclusion and convenience. We're just off the center of Lake Hamilton (Central Ave.) set back in a private cove. We're minutes from everything but feel away from it all. The house is cozy and it's nice just to chill on the deck and take in the view of the lake.
