This two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers plenty of space and privacy for your family vacation.
Primary bedroom features a King bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Full beds and a hallway bathroom. The Living room has a Sleeper sofa.

The dining area seats 6 guests. Living area is open and has comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV. Completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen.

Spectacular partial beach view from your own private balcony.

This property is complete with all the luxuries and more one would expect, providing an ideal location for a fun relaxing wonderful getaway!

Sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset or walk to many restaurants and shops. This unit is located in North Clearwater Beach about 4 blocks from the Pier. It is the best location you could be i.

Unit is located on the second floor, there is no elevator here.

The beach is just 20 yards away!

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Clearwater Beach

This property was steps away from the beach. Having morning coffee on the deck was amazing seeing the dolphins in water in front of our place.The place was very clean and had beach chairs and beach towels available to use.The property managers were so polite and very quick to respond to any questions, not to mention how nice they were on site.The entire complex was super clean. Needless to say we will be back.Overall a great experience!

Great location, great experience, great place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, the staff at Beach Time Rentals is amazing. They communicate really well, offer all the assistance you could need and are always friendly.Second, the location of this rental is amazing! The beach just steps away, visible from the balcony. The north beach stores and restaurants are within walking distance. South beach is just a 15 minute walk or a quick ride via Uber or one of the many golf carts driving around offering free rides, but don’t forget to tip the driver!Finally the rental unit itself is all you need for a great time. The unit was clean and welcoming upon arrival and had all the amenities you need. The unit is well furnished, although some of the furniture wasn’t as sturdy as we would have liked (twin beds specifically). Kitchen had everything we needed, but like most rentals I wouldn’t describe as gourmet (if you consider yourself a chef bring your own knife and a skillet).showers had great water pressure and plenty of storage space to unpack toiletries. The patio balcony is a great place to have a sundowner cocktail and watch the sunset.The condo pool is great, and shade can be easily found at almost all points of the except for high noon +- an hour. This was our second trip to this unit as a family of four and we have every intention on returning in the future

Steps from the beach

Excellent communication with property management. Location location location location. Pool was a great size and plenty of seating. Beach was incredible and so easy to walk to. Rental. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Very clean. Great layout. Plenty of seating options. Others have left sand umbrellas and chairs which was an added bonus. Unit has plenty of towels for beach and pool. Parking was right by the door to stairwell. No elevator. Shower/tub combo on both bathrooms with good water pressure. Washer and dryer in unit. Need to run dryer for 2 cycles to dry a full load but no biggie.

Stay started a little rough. The area rug was wet and stinky, but they got it resolved very quickly. Awesome area, nice short walk to the beach.

We are so pleased we chose this rental and are looking forward to returning next year.

Perfect location

This was just the right condo for 4 people looking to escape the snow for a few days. Steps to the beach and good options for dining out. The property shows signs of wear & tear but was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful location and Clean condo

This was in a quiet part of the beach. The apartment had TV's in every room! It was great for everyone to be able to watch what they wanted. The pool was warm. Food nearby. Great location and great condo.

Great location & property manager was awesome!!

Great location to restaurants and literally just steps to the white sands and blue waters. The first day we arrived, i noticed the windows were open in living room. The mechanism to close them was broken, so i contacted the manager and maintenance was there to fix the following morning! Also there were extra toliet paper, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, cream rinse and trash bags.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall vacation was awesome, loved the area definitely wanna be back! We'd likely pick a nicer place next time.The Pros:This place is at a great location, roughly a 1/2 mile from the main drag of restaurants, shops, etc. but far enough away that there's peace an quiet for bed time and virtually on the beach perfect with kids. For our situation it was an affordable vacation.Cons:The unit we had (B1) could use some TLC, the 1 window in the living room didn't work, it was cracked open and couldn't be closed and the weather was a bit on the chilly side (46 degrees) a couple nights. Then it's nice not needing to keep track of keys but this place has lots of codes to remember, 1 for the pool/general area, another code for the stairway and a 3rd for the unit, it worked, just felt like it could be updated/improved.Our contact Mona was great to work with an was helpful answering our questions!

Great vacation rental!

This place was terrific! Very clean, a great location and well equipped. Loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was exactly as pictured and the surrounding property and pool were very clean. A great find!

Great place

This unit is updated and steps from the beach. The property manager, Mona, was very courteous and responsive. We stayed 4 weeks. The pool was clean and well kept. Two sets of stairs to our unit. Kitchen well stocked excet for flatware.

Hidden Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First Christmas away from home. Weather was a huge disappointment, but location and place were great. Only two small items that would have made this a better experience. (1) The dryer is one of the slowest I have seen. It takes three times as long t dry a load of laundry, and I am referring to a regular load of laundry, not an oversized load. This ultimately delayed us getting into the unit on time. Although we did arrive a little early, it took the cleaner 6 hours to clean the place due to the length of time it takes to do laundry. The towels alone (not to mention the bedding), could easily take up this entire time if beach towels are used. I would really have looking to see if the duct work is clogged preventing that dryer from working or get a new dryer. (2) although the weather cannot be controlled, the pool should be heated. It could not be used at all due how cold the water was, much colder than the ocean. Great customer experience with Property Manager. Responsive and on it if you ever need anything.

Great experience. We had our 3 kids with us on our family vacation and the location of this condo is a great location with the beach within a short walk and the pool being in great condition. Also with the park across the street, it added to great experience with the kids. Would definitely come back.
