Great stay at Ozona
Serene & comfortable space to stay for a few days. Located along the bay & convenient to most shops & restaurants. Our stay was pleasant,& Eric was responsive to our needs during the stay when we had asked for more sheets/dishwashing detergent etc. I recommend having a step stool in the only restroom for kids as the sink is too high. The laundry was not functional (due to recent floods) but Eric was happy to provide us a dinner re-imbursement. Overall a great stay!!

Spectacular area and amazing property
If you’re coming down this area, this small village and this Rental with the backyard and the view are amazing It doesn’t get much better Lots of places to eat and it’s right near the bike path so I got in my hundred miles No worries the TREK BIKE STORE IS MOVING TO THE CAUSEWAY AND 19 IN 45 DAYS JUST ANOTHER REASON TO STAY IN THIS PART OF FLORIDA THE OWNER IS AWESOME

Amazing location
My husband and I booked this for a weekend getaway and it exceeded our expectations. The location is great and in walking distance of some restaurants/shops in Ozona. The space was very nice and clean. Host was very quick to reply to any questions we had.

This property is very well located, close to restaurants, grocery stores,Dunedin beaches and Honeymoon Island State Park. The apartment itself has a nice view of the water with a back deck and table for meals which was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, but you need a foot stool to help you get into bed since it’s high. The owner is very responsive to your questions and comments.

Perfect Vacation Spot
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Bright and Airy..." upstairs apartment! It proved completely true to it's name with windows surrounding the whole living room and the bay visible from the back deck. The location was PERFECT as it's in a nice and quiet neighborhood, yet is within a few miles to some great areas of interest such as Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, and Honeymoon Island. We spent one full day exploring each of those three places and would highly recommend anyone else to check them out. Decor of the place is modern and super cute, with nice touches like the sliding panels in the bedroom opening up to view the living room, and comfortable chair and couches. Four houses down the street we were able to gather together with some neighbors to watch some gorgeous sunsets! All in all, just a wonderful stay. Hated to leave and head back to snowy PA.

Perfect Gem
The property was perfect for myself, husband, and our four legged little girl. The decor was calming, the windows gave way for lots of natural lighting. The neighborhood is wonderful, friendly people, quiet, and safe. This is a perfect gem and another stay will be in the near future.

Beautiful place near the water
This upstairs unit has a nice view toward the beach and is one block from Ozona restaurants and shops. The main bed is quite comfortable and the living area is relaxed and homey. Good place to stay if you want to be in the Palm Harbor area.

Wonderful place !
This is a lovely reasonably priced second story apartment with a large deck from which you have a view of the bay . It has everything you need for a comfortable week’s stay . Ozona, of course , is a small village with several good restaurants/bars, post office, and antique store with an old Florida ambiance. . The apartment is only a block away from the bay with a view of some nice sunsets . We enjoyed our second time here .

This property and location were even better than described. Easy walking distance to local activities for shopping & excellent dinning. There was also plenty to explore within a short driving distance and for a beautiful sunset and 5 star dining visit the bon appetite restaurant!!!

Zoned out in Ozona
Eric was a great host to work with -quick to answer questions and provided everything we needed. The apartment is so light and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the deck and watching sunsets; you can see the bay through the trees. I would love to build small house that had a similar layout. The neighborhood was clean and folks were friendly. We wanted a couple of dog-free days and I found a great young woman on Rover.com who lived right on the Pinellas trail. She and Jake had a great time together. This was by far our favorite VRBO ever. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and fun place to stay.

We rented for 3 nights as we were in Florida to celebrate our granddaughters birthday. It was perfect for the two of us, we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place in Ozona
Overall, we loved this place. The main bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the location is terrific. It's a great place for two people. The sofa-bed was not adequate - very old and uncomfortable. For now, I would not recommend this place for more than two people. Eric said he will be replacing it soon.

My daughter and I had the most fun and relaxing vacation staying here! Very clean. Eric is super efficient. Our dogs loved it as much as we did! Super comfy bed too! Lots of pet friendly restaurants and honeymoon state park is only 10 minutes away! Beautiful place! Dunedin is right around the corners five minute drive! Wonderful!!

Great Time in Ozona!
We had to get a rental at the last minute because half of our family caught COVID at Disney and had to quarantine. So my husband, son (the only healthy one), and I had to scramble to find a place. What a blessing it was to come across Eric's property! Ozona is so cute! The rental is within walking distance to a few restaurants, including the best wings in the South at the Ozona Pig. Live music as well. The rental is also a short bike ride to the Pinellas Bike Trail which we took full advantage of. So fun biking into Dunedin!! It was an easy car ride to the beach with magnificent sunsets. We would definitely stay here again as it was a charming and immaculate place. Plus you could not ask for a more attentive host!

Perfect little place
Such a cute little place near the water. We didn’t really explore the area because we had plans in Tampa/st Pete. Not a bad drive. Place was clean and had everything we needed.
