Penthouse 14 in the Jasmine Tower at North Beach Resort is a COMPLETELY remodeled condo with all new finishes and decor. This is NOT your typical condo unit.

WE also have a brand new two bedroom unit on the 16th floor that is EVEN BETTER THAN THIS ONE!! Find it on VRBO as well.

Penthouse 14 is located on the 20th floor of the Jasmine Tower in North Beach Resort. Imagine hopping on the elevator and saying "penthouse please"! This condo offers some of the absolute BEST views you can imagine on the oceanfront and coastline in North Myrtle Beach!

Here are the details of this property:

1. Two bedrooms, two baths, sleeps 6 maximum. NO PULLOUT COUCH!
2. Master suite has king bed and en suite spa bath, dual rain head shower
3. Hall bedroom has two queen beds and adjoining bath with tub/shower combo
4. Fully equipped kitchen with dishware, cutlery and small appliances
5. WE PROVIDE ALL SHEETS, BATH TOWELS and KITCHEN LINENS at no additional charge.
6. Flat screen tv's with resort provided cable and WiFi
7. Quart countertops, luxury vinyl flooring throughout
8. Modern furnishings and designer decor
9. Ceiling Fans in all bedrooms and living space

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN CONSIDERING PENTHOUSE 14!

1. Our rates INCLUDE departure cleaning
2. Our rates INCLUDE linen service.
4. Pets are NOT allowed IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
5. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. Please don't ask for an exception.
6. We do NOT provide beach chairs or beach equipment
7. Check in is at 4pm and Check out is at 10am.
8. NO Motorcycles, trailers, pets, golf carts, or RVs on the property

NORTH BEACH RESORT INFO:

- 2.5 acre pool area with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, and adults-only and kiddie pools. Some pools may be heated in cooler months for swimming access.

- Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental

- Shuttle service is available to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests

- Cinzia Spa access where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments. Spa fees apply for all services

- Located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.

Spring Break 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blanche’s penthouse condo! The location was great for what we were looking for…close to Barefoot Landing shops and restaurants, as well as golf, outlet mall and many other restaurants. The condo was beautiful, well maintained, cozy & comfortable, with beautiful views. The decor and details were very nice and made us feel like we were at the beach. It was perfect for a family of four! Our teenage kids enjoyed the indoor pool, lazy river and games. The outdoor pools were pretty cold and the only heated pool was not open due to maintenance. Pool bar had great drinks! We were a little disappointed that that two of the three restaurants onsite were only open on the weekends so we weren’t able to enjoy them during our stay. Overall, we highly recommend Blanches Beach condo and the North Beach Plantation!

Unit is freshly decorated and the cleaning staff did a great job in advance of our visit. The property manager was responsive and professional. The unit is stocked with all the basics. We were here for only a few days. If you are coming for the week and cooking in the unit, I would say pack it if you need it outside the regular stuff. You also need to either rent or bring beach chairs. Plenty of seating in the pool areas.Security seemed to be doing a good job of letting people have a good time without going overboard and impacting others.Overall a solid option in the North Myrtle Beach area.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully-decorated condo! The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We especially loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. We had a very minor issue and contacted the host during our stay, and she responded extremely quickly. The location was close to so many options for food, shopping, and entertainment. In short, this place has everything, and we hope to return in the future.

The property is beautiful and exactly as described. It had all the basic things you need for your stay on hand. Beautiful condo

Lovely furnishings, very clean and up to date. The owner was very responsive to a few minor issues - none that affected our stay. It's obvious Blanche cares about the condition of her property and making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests. Highly recommend!

Perfect Penthouse Condo

This penthouse unit was absolutely wonderful. First off, it was meticulously clean. Even on the balcony, no bugs or cobwebs to be found up in the lights or ceiling. The balcony chairs were very comfortable and you can sit forever looking at the ocean with coffee or cocktail in hand. I could look over to other balconies and see that many of their chairs were plastic or wood. Not here. These were great chairs to while away the hours. Kitchen had everything you could want. We only cooked breakfast and it was very convenient. Nice, large TV in the main room. The beds were comfy also, no complaints there. The whole ambience of the resort was high class. The pool area and ocean front were very clean and well kept. All trees, flowers and hedges were cut and well maintained. I would highly recommend this unit to my friends and family. Heck, I would even recommend it to my enemies because it was so great.

Another great stay.

Well we just got back home, spent the past week here and it was amazing. Very clean condo, updated and has everything you need. We have stayed here multiple times and look forward to going again next summer. Our kids love staying in this unit because it’s spacious.

Great unit!

We have stayed at North Beach Towers for several years and this unit was certainly the best! The view was fantastic as well as the nice touches like the primary shower. Would love to stay here again for our annual beach trip next year!

Great Penthouse Condo

We have stayed at North Beach Plantation numerous times over the years. This is by far the quietest, cleanest and most well appointed unit we have ever rented there. The updates the owner made to the unit make a huge difference as compared to other rental units. Great view! We will rent from Blanche again.

Beautiful condo and resort!

All was great, except, mattress were very hard, would be nice to have a more plus mattress, the master shower was absolutely wonderful. Room was clean and decorative. I like that there was ice in the refrigerator! So spacious also.

Best Resort in North Myrtle Beach

The outside resort amenities are gorgeous and the proximity to the beach was great!! Shops and restaurants right across the highway was also a plus. The condo was clean and nicely updated. Balcony had a great view and comfortable seating.

Beautiful unit at North Beach

We loved this condo. It was not your typical rental you normally get at this resort. The decor is gorgeous. The finishes chosen are beautiful. We loved the shower! The view was to die for. Had an outstanding week!! We will be renting in this unit again.

Beautifully Decorated NMB Penthouse

Penthouse 14 in the Jasmine tower at North Myrtle Beach Resort is a beautifully decorated suite that was clean and exactly as described. However, there was one issue with the dryer not functioning upon arrival. The property manager/owner, Blanche, acknowledged the problem and apologized for not informing us beforehand. She arranged for technicians to repair the dryer, but unfortunately, it was not fixed until the day before our departure, requiring multiple visits to the room. Blanche provided compensation for the inconvenience. Apart from the initial lack of communication about the dryer, the overall communication was excellent. The suite matched the pictures exactly, and despite the dryer issue, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

I am a South Carolina native and live locally in the Little River area! I have been operating rental properties in Cherry Grove for the past twelve years. Blanche's Beach Bungalows currently has four luxury homes all within blocks of each other in the popular section of Cherry Grove and a unit in North Beach Plantation in North Myrtle Beach. I am also a licensed South Carolina and North Carolina real estate broker and sell many homes and condos along our coastline.
