Celtic Cottage at Avalon is the newest addition to the Appian Way Cottages and Avalon Guest Cottage. Located only 8 minutes from Main Street this Cottage has all the right amenities. This cottage has a nice comfortable king-size bed that over-looks the living room and gas fireplace.
Located in the bathroom is a nice two-person granite shower with a rain shower-head. There is also a full kitchen with basic utensils and a table for two. Located on the back porch is a private hot tub along with chairs to sit out on and enjoy the Hill Country views and wildlife. There is also a nice front porch to look out on as well.
The Celtic Cottage at Avalon is a little different from the other units on the property. It has a native rock exterior along with granite counter tops. Throughout the cottage there are items from Ireland that the owners have brought back from their trip. Celtic Cottage is the perfect place to come and relax and enjoy a nice cottage in the Hill Country.

Best mini vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was so much more than the pictures. The environment was amazing. The cottage was very clean and well-maintained. Our stay was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed watching the deer. from the front porch in the back porch, the Jacuzzi was the cherry on the cake. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Charming Celtic Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great cottage for relaxing getaway!!

Anniversary Getaway

Property was not far from town, but away enough for it to feel secluded. There was plenty of wildlife roaming around, and property was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed hot tub and our stay at this cottage.

Perfect Honeymoon Spot

Wife and I had only a few days to get away for our honeymoon. This cabin was just the right spot, a few hours drive from home but far enough away from everyone. Close to town of Fredericksburg without being in town. Will definitely stay here again if get the opportunity.

Very nice place to stay!! We would definitely stay here again! The only complaint we have is the bed.. it felt like a rock lol but probably because I don’t like a firm bed like that but over all we would still go back!
