Comfortable, fully equipped kitchen(s), high-speed wifi and quiet place to escape and relax; for your enjoyment! Please note we charge a one time $5 per person fee for pool maintenace prior to access.

To lock the doors when leaving the apartment you must turn handle up to the left one time and then turn the key.
Walking distance to trendy Loiza street, La Placita Santurce and Condado area restaurants, great nightlife, shops, Barbosa park, tennis courts and running track; 24 hour Walgreens, Kasalta Bakery. 9 minutes to airport so why rush.
Next to bus stop, post office and a 5-minute uber ride to anywhere in Old San Juan, Isla Verde or Condado. 9 minutes to SJU airport.
We are one of the few Airbnbs in San Juan to include a full-size Power generator and backup water tanks as well. Guest must agree to pool rules before arrival via email.
Extra guest fee $45 PP+ PD over 2 email us.
We fully comply with the Tourism Authority Room Tax Law.
