Our Beautiful Condominium at Papakea Resort

[Latest upgrades: Our AC now consists of 3 Fujitsu, tri-zone, whisper-quiet units with wireless remotes to provide AC throughout the condo, not just in the LR; we now have a six-panel, Thermopane "wall of glass" which provides a 10-foot wide opening out onto our lanai; our master BR now has sliding, Thermopane windows to provide a quiet sleeping experience, and we have bamboo shades for both the lanai doors and the master BR windows. We’ve had a new 240-volt filtration system added to our AC that kills all viruses, including Covid 19.]

Our condo is the perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic escape. From your fourth-floor lanai, you have 180-degree views of the ocean, shuffleboard court, pool/Jacuzzi/barbecue area, putting green, gardens and koi ponds, and the beautiful West Maui Mountains.

Our expansive living room has a cathedral ceiling, which gives an open, airy, very spacious feeling. The wall of mirrors reflects the ocean view and the outside beauty of Papakea. The wall of glass to the lanai slides completely open, so it's as if you can walk right out into the beauty that you see.

Our large kitchen is fully equipped and completely remodeled with granite countertops and backsplash and top-of-the-line appliances. Our refrigerator is full-sized, not just an apartment-sized one. All our lower cabinets have pull-out shelves for easy reach and storage.

Our condominium comfortably sleeps six. The master BR has a king-size bed and mirrored closet doors. There is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room with a 6-inch mattress. The twin beds in the loft can be configured into a second king-size bed when requested. All linens are provided, including beach towels, and there is a new Bosch washer and dryer in the hallway closet for your convenience.

There are two bathrooms. The master bath has been completely remodeled and has a glass-block shower for two, a tropical rain shower, and a kitchen-height countertop. The loft has a new, full-sized bathroom with a pedestal sink, shower with a river-rock floor, and plenty of shelves for all your needs.

Papakea has 13 oceanfront acres of beautiful tropical landscaping, vast lawns, peaceful lagoons, and bridges. There two pools and two Jacuzzis, as well as two putting greens, two shuffleboard courts, and tennis courts on the property. Championship golf courses are but moments away.

Coconut palms outline your views of the Pacific and the nearby islands of Lana’i and Moloka’i. The sounds of rustling palms, tropical birds, and gentle surf relax and comfort you. Ahhhh, yes, isn't this exactly what you had in mind?

Our guests have consistently commented that neither pictures nor words adequately describe G-407. You can be assured that every aspect of our condo will meet or exceed your expectations. Our goal has always been to do all we can to help you, our guests, love Maui and feel comfortable in our condo!
