Relax in paradise! Your cozy studio is STEPS away from a PRIVATE entrance to #1 rated Siesta Key Beach, a short walk to shops and restaurants. This location is AMAZING! A large outdoor pool is right outside your entrance. Tennis, Pickleball Courts, Shuffle Board, Basketball, BBQs, a Clubhouse and more! Your condo comes furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay with lots of amenities. A Fully Stocked Kitchen, Fast WiFi, SmartTV, Beach Chairs, Private Parking and MUCH MORE!

The studio is ground level just steps to the private entrance to the beautiful views of our white sand beach. This is a great space for anyone who does not like to navigate a lot of stairs or elevators and would prefer to walk directly to the beach in just a couple of minutes. In terms of location and ease to the beach, this property is an absolute gem!

Our studio has a very comfortable queen bed as well as a queen sofa bed that pulls out to accommodate an optional 3rd guest.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for those who would like to cook their own meals. We are also very close to shops and restaurants.

There is a small sitting area outside our studio overlooking one of the community pools. Beach towels and and beach chairs are provided.

Parking, Location and Getting Around Siesta Key:

Parking: Right outside the condo back door is a private parking spot for you to use during your stay.

From Airport to Siesta Key: In terms of getting here from the airport, we are closest to Sarasota airport. Uber and Lyft are available at Sarasota airport as well as a taxi service. If you fly into Tampa, then it could get more expensive to Uber since it is a good distance away (1.5 hours away).

Getting Around Siesta Key:
When you get to Siesta Key, there are multiple options to travel from Casa Mar (our condo complex) to the other areas of Siesta Key.

There is a free trolley that comes every 20 minutes and it stops at the SCAT bus station right in front of Casa Mar. This trolley will take to you both North and South Villages (that have shops and restaurants and are about 1-2 miles away).

The following shuttles are also available. They do not charge a fee but do operate on tips:

Beachfront Getaway

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront accomodation! The location couldn’t be more perfect—just steps away from the ocean.The home itself is packed with thoughtful features and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook (and then some!), including a blender, coffee maker, and spices. The living space was bright, airy, and tastefully decorated with beachy vibes throughout. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. We will definitely return

We truly enjoyed our stay! Clean, well-maintained studio with great pool right outside door & beautiful beach only steps away. We really enjoyed snorkeling Point of Rocks at lower end of beach. perfection!!

my friend and I were looking for a relaxing week right by siesta beach, and this place made it all possible. the hosts were incredibly accommodating and there were so many items they provided that I wouldn’t have even thought to bring but we ended up needing. communication was excellent, and they are both so sweet! literally steps away from the beach and the pool was so lovely as well.

Lovely little place right near the beach. Old Florida style with one level which I love! Pools were nice and warm and you can’t beat the beach!! Didn’t feel crowded in front of the condo at all. Host was wonderful about giving restaurant and transportation options and was very reachable. Would love to stay again!

This condo was accurately described on the listing. Very clean and contact with the host was top notch, easy check in. The property was well maintained and easy access to the private sugary sand Siesta Key beach. Just note it is 1 to 2 people tops. We will definitely be back! Overall an excellent experience!

Like new - on the beach.

We loved your place. So clean! Thanks for the tips of things to do. Everything was super easy. We rented bikes for the whole time and loved riding them on the beach to and from dinner etc. See you next time!

Perfect getaway

The condo was adorable, clean and had everything we would need for the time we were there. Perfect place for 2 people who want to spend sometime on the beach and with one another. The location to the village was perfect, only a short ride or 2 mile walk to dozens of restaurants, bars and shops. So much to do, but also great for relaxing. It was really quiet outside and you couldn't hear the neighbors when the door was closed. Highly recommended and we will return!

Beautiful, access to private beach

The accommodations were great, very close to private access to beach, absolutely lovely. The owners added some extra special touches such as a bottle of sparkling apple-grape juice, popcorn, drinks in fridge, games, books, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, etc. We loved it! Thank you!
