This Exclusive Ocean Front Condo is 10 miles from Downtown Key West. It is a very quiet unit in a gated community with 8 other units. Every window over looks the water.

This unit has just been put back on VRBO since 2017, after a major renovation so everything is new! New appliances, furniture, etc.

This is ideal for newly weds, or a couple, that is interested in exploring Key West but also wanting to come home to serenity and a very peaceful get away. There is a private inlet which has a dock that is a good place to fish or just relax in the sun or dock your boat.

The pool is amazing, as it over-looks the Ocean.

Everything is included so just pack a bag with a bathing suit and casual clothes and head to your vacation get-away!

Big Coppitt Key getaway
The condo was wonderful! Well furnished and the views were amazing. Very quiet area and had the pool to ourselves all week. Very quick drive into Key West where we spent our evenings. Would definitely go back!

Great place to unwind and still only 15 minutes away from Key West. Property was clean and updated. The quiet gated community was just what we needed. Communication was good with just a few minor questions. We will plan on returning in the future.

Key West Trip
We had to make a last minute trip to Key West and we were fortunate enough to stay at Cynthia’s condo. This was our second stay here so we already knew what a beautiful, peaceful place it was. The location can’t be beat and there are water views from each angle. Cynthia has every need covered with her well stocked unit. Everything was perfect. Thank you Cynthia!

Birthday trip to the Keys
We had bit of miscommunication at the start of our trip but this was mostly due to issues in the VRBO app. Once I started communicating with Cynthia directly through her cell everything was fine. The property and condo were gorgeous! We enjoyed the beautiful pool quite a bit too! Cynthia was so sweet and left us a Kermit's key lime pie for our birthday celebrations! She also gave us some great referrals for things to do on the water. We were less than 10 minutes from Key West so Ubering or Lyfting into town was not $$. There is a great low key restaurant called Babalus within walking distance as well as an amazing Cuban cafe called 100 miles to Cuba with the best cafe con leche, guava pastries, and breakfast burritos! We would definitely consider staying here again! It really is a piece of paradise!

Great place!
We truly enjoyed this home. Close enough for Key West, yet far away from the hustle and bustle. Even though the naval planes were loud, we thought they were cool to see. You get used to it after a few days. The master bed was comfortable and the bedding was super soft. Highly recommend.

Fit our needs
Brought our kayak and was happy to see easy launch/access just steps away from our unit. Lots of mangroves to paddle around. Very quiet yet an easy trip to the action in Key West for shopping and dining. Unit was clean and well furnished. Will stay here again.

Great waterfront setting
The condo has a wonderful setting overlooking the water...from every window. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms have nice linen. The towels are plenty. The patio and the patio furniture are perfect. Overall a nice place to relax.....away from the busy Key West downtown.

Best Spot on Big Coppitt
Perfect place to dock a boat for easy access to the back country. We loved the place. It's clean, neat, comfortable with great views. It's 30 seconds from gas, ice and boat ramp. It's just minutes from groceries and restaurants in Key West. We plan to be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely comfortable well equipped property with beautiful views from all aspects. We had the shared pool to ourselves . Was good to have the undercover parking. Definitely need a car as there is little to do on Big Coppitt Key itself and nothing much within walking distance. Close proximity to Key West without being right on top of it. We went into Key West for breakfast on our first day and to stock up on groceries. There are a couple of big Publix supermarkets just off the main highway on entering Key West. We also ate there most evenings and there was a great choice of restaurants for all tastes and pockets. There is some background noise from the main highway but only really audible outside and we soon grew accustomed to that. The airforce base on Big Coppitt Key was more of a surprise with noisy Tornadoes taking off as early as 8 am most mornings. But we were up early so this did not bother us too much but only fair to mention this as a potential negative for those wanting to lay in. This is why I am rating the property as good rather than excellent.

Paradise
I loved staying in this townhouse. I docked my boat right outside the back door. Fishing was my main objective during my stay in the Keys. This townhouse is perfectly located to hop in your boat and fish the backcountry waters of the Lower Keys. Or you can shoot out front for tarpon on the Oceanside flats. The townhouse itself is beautiful with breathtaking views of the gulf side waters. The area is quiet and peaceful with access to Key West only minutes away. I loved this place and it's perfect location. It is Paradise!

Amazing place to stay! Absolutely perfect and relaxing!
We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for us and could not have been any better. The place is exactly as described, cozy, spacious, private and quiet, sparklingly clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the three of us. The kitchen came with everything we needed. We had bath towels, beach towels, books, TV in every room, which we never used ;-) helpful information about the house and surrounding area. Views from the back veranda are amazing. We spent so much time outside, having breakfast, reading, relaxing, talking. There was a pool as well and we seemed to be the only ones using it at that time. We really loved the location and the quiet atmosphere. We were able to get to Duval and downtown in less than 15 minutes but we were also far away enough from the hustle and bustle to get some peaceful sleep at night. Cynthia, the owner, was awesome! A very cool, super nice, easy-going person, always helpful with any questions we had. She gave us many tips, where to go, what to do, where to eat. It was our first trip to the Keys and staying at Cynthias Ocean Front Condo made our vacation a wonderful experience. Thank you Cynthia for everything and we are really looking forward to staying at your Condo again :-)

Fabulous Setting
My husband, teen-aged daughter, and I stayed in this condo for my daughter's spring break. The condo was clean and well-maintained and the furniture was very comfortable. The owner was also very pleasant to work with. What impressed me the most about this property were the fabulous water views on three sides. I never tired of looking at them. The condo is located only 10 miles from Old Town Key West and it was very convenient to drive there (which we did every day). My daughter and husband had a fabulous time scuba diving. They used Lost Reef Adventures in Key West and were very happy with them. I also highly recommend having dinner at Kaya Island Eats. It is a fabulous seafood restaurant and is only a 2-3 mile drive north of the condo on US Route 1.

Wonderful vacation
We had such a wonderful vacation staying at this condo and definitely plan to come again. We have never brought our jet skis on vacation before but that was definitely the best. This condo was very comfortable for 4 adults. The dock was just 10 steps from the front door and we were able to dock the skis for the entire stay which made enjoying them all the better. We were able to sit on the back patio and watch our teenager and young adult out in the practically private cove, skiing, tubing, wakeboarding and fishing. Close enough to call them inside to eat. So close to shopping and site seeing that everyone enjoyed themselves and had plenty to do. Started every morning bright and early to take the jet skis out and went fishing. Came in for breakfast, then out for the day enjoying many watersports. Only once did we have to share this very large cove with another boat. It was like our private oasis. Our first visit to the Keys will not be the last. The condo had everything we needed. Very private. We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in the condo much more than a hotel. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home. It was fantastic.

The perfect place to stay.
My wife and I spent a week here celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with our daughter. This was the perfect place for our getaway. Far enough away from downtown that you will never know Key West is just down the road, close enough that you can be there anytime you like. Our stay was during the off season and parking in Key West was never an issue. This was out first week long stay in the Keys and I can't imagine a better place to be. This rental unit is just as it is described in the listing, everything you need is there. The only thing we would have liked would have been a griddle for cooking breakfasts. Otherwise it was clean, and the furnishings are what you would expect in your home or better. Views from the back porch are breathtaking, though not a great place to observe the sunsets Key West is famous for, but as mentioned above its a short ride to Mallory Square, this is where you want to be at sunset anyway. You will not go wrong staying here.

25th Wedding Anniversary
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed your place. The pictures and description on the website did not begin to describe your place. Clean, clean, clean. Fantastic sunrises. Excellent location. Quiet. The trip into and out of Key West was effortless. We were able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Duvall Street end to end and return to our secluded home away from home. Louie's Backyard was delicious, the perfect place to spend our anniversary. I would not hesitate to return and/ or send our friends and family your way. You truly have a "gem" of a place. I would recommend this rental to anyone who likes a quiet and private get away from the hub-bub of Key West. My husband and I brought our grown daughter and her boyfriend with us. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed beding able to eat meals in once and awhile. We were quite close to Key West (10 miles) and made several day trips. We found a garage that only charged $10 a day for parking which we found to be reasonable. The condo was clean, nice, and exactly what we needed for our 2 weeks in the Keys. I feel that this was an excellent value as well. The pool was nice to have as well and we seemed to be the only ones using it most of the time!

A week in Paradise!
If you book this place, you can't go wrong! The info about the place is accurate, and it has everything to offer, as listed. Cynthia, the manager of the property was very friendly, and was very helpful for all info questions that we had. My wife and I, plus my parents, call this our "new vacation home"!!! The place is just 10 minutes from Duval St., for entertainment...with every place to eat, buy groceries, and sightsee for Key West, just around the corner on US 1. The Key West Airport is close too. The neighbors are very friendly, and will always party at poolside with you, or even offer to take you out on one of their boats! Great for couples, or a family of 4. The view alone, made us feel like we spent " a week in paradise"!!!!

Great place, Fantastic location!!!
I travel quite a bit throught the USA and abroad and I always rent directly from owners. Based on my experiences, my expectations are always pretty high and this property certainly exceeded my expectations. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped. The views are gorgeous!! Cynthia was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. She is very nice and trustworthy. You can rest assured you won't make a mistake if you are considering renting this property. I highly recommend this gem in Big Coppit Key!!! Location was excellent, only 10 minutes to Key West. Loved It!
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved it. The condo was fantastic. It was spacious and clean with all the amenities of home. The pool was great and must have been cleaned every day. The location was just what we were looking for. It was private and very secure with a beautiful view of the water from the back veranda and only 10 minutes from Key West by car. Cynthia was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond when we had questions during the booking process. I would reccomend this place without reservation.
