Great location, loved the pool. Our unit has nice upgrades in kitchen and bath, however the sliding doors are so old and packed with leaves etc, the little deck also needs a good scrub. Furniture and living room sheets really need replaced. We spent most of our time at the pool or checking out local attractions so it wasn’t a huge deal. All in all was a nice stay.

June 8 vacation
We had a wonderful time. We brought our little miniature dachshund. The condo is updated, clean and very convenient to the beach, shopping, and all restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful setting. We will return!

Great week!
We had an amazing stay here. Just a short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a huge plus! Our dog had an even better time! Weve never been able to take him due to restrictions but the property manager was so nice and was quick to respond each time- we even added an additional night to our stay! The area was quiet and room was very clean. The only recommendation I have would be to replace the mattress on the pull out couch, you can feel the frame through it. Otherwise, zero complaints!! Thanks so much for letting us stay!

Great Condo
Stayed for several days. Had everything we needed and is about half a mile from public to the beach access with a nice side walk. Also close to local amenities like restaurant and shopping centers.

Great location and condo
It was a great location, was able to walk everywhere. Cute condo with a good layout and balcony. It was a little small for us with the baby. Little to no extra stuff provided. We ended up buying towels and dishwasher soap and paper towels. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you.

Great Value for the location
As vacation rental hosts this is what we observed. Pros: Convenient location, clean upon arrival., stocked with amenities, mgt company did get back to us quickly. Beach location was great ( short walk to the beach) Restaurants. Cons: inaccurate information regarding a guard and receiving a pass did not exist. ( info needs to be updated) Towels were clean but stained Mattress cover was stained. (washed sheets) Past guests left suggestions that have not been addressed. ( mattress comfort, darkening curtains,( lights from neighbor hood shines in), entrance door knob leaving dent in the wall.)

Good location about 5 minute walk to the beach and in a nice area. Its not a luxury type place but good value for what I paid. The condo looks like it has been renovated. There are some minor things that are worn, but nothing that should really impact your stay. There were curtains on the windows, but it needs blinds/window treatments to help improve privacy.

2023 Folly Field trip
The location was perfect centrally located and access to beach (although partially closed off due to renovations) was good. Would like to stay in same location next year! The amenities were nice and clean.

Perfect Beach Villa
This villa was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 4 (2 kids 6 and under) and our medium sized dog. The cleanliness when we arrived was great! Loved sitting out back on the porch reading a book while being surrounded by the trees that have beautiful Spanish Moss hanging off them. The walk to the beach is very easy - 5 minutes. You do have to cross Folly Field Road to get on the bike path, which there isn’t a cross walk and some times the road can be busy, but it was fine. The pool was a good size so if others were there when we were, we didn't feel crowded. This villa is on the top so you do have to go upstairs to get to, but we didn’t mind that it's just more of an FYI. There were plenty of dishes and items needed to cook with. The do think that storage containers cpuld be added. There were 2 big bowls and 2 sandwich size, but with being there for an extended stay and cooking more, I used the Ziploc bags I brought as storage. Also, I recommend packing your own wash cloths or being prepared to go buy some. There were 4 towels, but only 2 wash cloths so I had to go buy some since there were 4 of us. The bed and bedroom were great. Comfy, soft mattress. Plenty of space in the room, and the closet was larger than expected. The drying rack was great for drying swimsuits and having a vaccum to keep the sand to a minimum was A plus. I do wish there would be another loveseat or larger couch in the living room for more comfy seating. We really enjoyed our stay!
