Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
*Ring Doorbell Camera is located near the front door for the guests and property safety. There are NO cameras inside the unit

A kitchenette with 2 refrigerators, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a blender, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and etc. will make your stay even more comfortable. Free high-speed WiFi and cable TV. The coffee shop is on the ground floor! Sunrise and Sunset decks will make your vacation even better! Out unit 805 is the perfect place for a vacation!

You can watch fireworks from your own balcony! Spectacular view of the city and ocean. Beach is just across the street (literally just a 1-2 minute walk!). Location, location, location!!! Origin at Seahaven is not just a luxury, hotel-style condominium; it is also located just a few steps away from the beach, across the street from the famous Sharky's beachfront restaurant, it's also super-close to Pier Park (just a mile away from the resort)!
