This beautiful home is a peaceful paradise. The minute you walk in you feel the stress and tension wash away! This house is steps to the intracoastal, with peeks from the front and side decks! This property has a fenced-in yard for the safety of your dog!
The side deck has string lights, a grill, and outdoor seating! The yard is newly pavered with stone to make even more great outdoor space including a great new fire pit with Adirondack chairs. It offers a beach wagon, beach chairs, boards, kayaks and a tandem bicycle…so much fun!!!

So welcoming!

Cute neighborhood, very calm and peaceful. Love the amenities - lots of beach towels, extras in cabinets. My son loved the stuffed animals, books, games. You won’t be bored here! She has thought of everything! Will def share this listing with friends. Parking at beach is free and was not difficult in weekdays in March. Best sand ever.

Great house! Great location!

Wonderful house and amenities as pictured! Perfect location. Walk a few blocks to the beach in one direction or walk to the river one block in the other direction! Quiet, friendly neighborhood and super convenient to Publix or downtown St Augustine! Will be staying here again! Highly recommend!!

Another Great Stay!

This is the third time we have stayed at Healing Sol. The home is comfortable. Nancy, who is a very gracious host, has taken a small space and turned it into an outdoor oasis that is perfect for a winter get-a-way. The location is fantastic; the neighborhood streets, dog friendly beaches and trails at the GTM Estuarine Reserve offer outstanding walkability for all in your party. Everything St Augustine and Jacksonville has to offer is a short drive away. Our travels are taking us elsewhere next year but I suspect we will be back.

Great location, so many amenities!

We stayed six weeks at Healing Sol and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect; between the Intercoastal Waterway and the Ocean. You can see the Intercoastal from the porch and the sunsets are amazing. The yard is fully fenced and full of comfy chairs and nice landscaping; it's a great place to hang out! Inside, the beds and couch are very comfortable and there's a big dining room table with padded chairs. (Another great place to hang out!) The grill is just off the kitchen and next to an outdoor table for six. The place just flows really well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood full of nice people! (And 3 great restaurants, all of which are delicious and on the water!)Nancy is an incredibly nice person and a very responsive host. The home reflects her care and love for the place. Also good to know is that (excellent) cleaning can be arranged during your stay! We already booked for next year and can't wait to be back!

The house itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it was immaculately clean and cozy. Perfect stay in prime location!

We stayed at Nancy’s place to attend a wedding in nearby Nocatee and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice. The location is ideal - just steps away from both the intracoastal and the ocean, and surrounded by great restaurants and the charm of St. Augustine. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and her boyfriend visited from MI. It was such a great location and convenient to everywhere. It was comfortable and had everything you need, including the things you didn’t know you needed. We love this property and have added it to our list for when we go back again. Our visit was great. Plenty of room and close to the beach. The owner provided a tandem bike along with kayaks if we chose to use them. The outdoor area was great, plenty of room to hang out.

Great Home, Great Neighborhood, Even Better Host

The home is exactly as listed. Close to the water. Very well kept and furnished. But the best part of the stay is the hospitality of the Host and her timely communication. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Saint Augustine.

This place was so very nice. Comfortable beds and furniture. The fire pit served us well. Took a couple of kayak's out for a spin. 3 blocks to the beach. Plenty of cook, dish and silverware. Thank you Nancy

Best family weekend getaway ever!

Everything about this property is just as described but better! I loved not having to pack any beach things. There were plenty of chairs for our party of 8. The beach wagon was a big help. Lots of seating, both inside & out. Comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood. The few questions we had were answered immediately by Nancy. She even let us check in a little early & check out a little late since no one was staying the night before or after us. We hope to return soon!
