We're located across the street from beautiful Wells Beach on Atlantic Avenue, where you can enjoy a mile walk to the jetty or just relax by the water. Walk to the center of Wells in less than 5 minutes. There you'll find shops for the morning newspaper, coffee, food, ice cream, chocolates, gift shops and an arcade. No need to drive once you park your car! The unit features a QUEEN sized bed in the bedroom and a full-sized pullout couch in the living area. Enjoy the covered patio with your own table and chairs for your morning coffee or after a day at the beach with a glass of wine. There is one designated parking space in front of this first floor unit. The complex shares charcoal grills and picnic tables in the common area.

Perfect Condo for a Couple!

It was the perfect amount of space for a couple! Very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable and kitchen was stocked with supplies (tupperware/pots/pans). We had the best week and check in was a breeze!

Great Beach Vacation

Quaint and cozy condo with all the amenities of home and just steps from the beach! The property is clean and well maintained. You can enjoy a day at the beach, return “home” to enjoy cocktails on the patio, or in the picnic area, which has two BBQs. Other condo owners/renters well friendly. A great little beach community!

Perfect Location

Beautifully clean condo located across from the beach and walking distance to stores and breakfast/lunch spot and close drive to food store. The bed was so comfortable and even though the condo is small there was plenty of storage for our things. We will be coming back! Thank you Patty and Jeff for a wonderful week 😎

A small tucked away corner

Everything was fine! I did lock myself out and wished I’d had a second key to hid, or even better a lock with a code! The beach is right across the street, the neighbors were friendly and very helpful. I was unable to contact thPatricia as my phone was locked in! Alls well that ends well, a locksmith was found. I did wish there was a drying rack in the closet as it was difficult to dry bathing suits and towels after being on the beach. The price was perfect for the accommodations, I would stay again! BTW: I made a second key and hide it and then never needed it!

Another Great Stay!

This was the second time we booked with Patty & Jeff -- another great experience! Their communication prior to arrival was proactive and helpful. In addition, the condo was clean and organized, just like the photos. We also had a wonderful week at the beach, with the location of the condo across from a public way that leads right to the sand. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great condo beach getaway in Wells Maine!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Wells Maine. It was a 2 minute walk for leaving condo to feet in the sand! The condo was very clean, we did use dehumidifier to keep our the typical musty smell for beach condo's - it worked great. The kitchen was supplied with all pots/pans, tablewear needed to prepare your own meals. The whole condo neighborhood was well maintained and all the other renters (and owners) were friendly. It was quiet at night and a peaceful place to stay. It is small, but we were there for the beach, some trips to other towns, eating at a couple of restaurants (so many to chose from!), and my husband was able to find a local 5K which he ran in Kennebunk the night before we left. Many more things to do if our jobs and families would have allowed us to stay longer. Would highly recommend this location if you want to disconnect by the beach! ** communication with property Manager - gave an average only because we never had communication with the property manager nor.did we need.to. Only communication was with the owners, were initial email after booking property, brief but courteous. 2nd was instructions about how to gain access to the condo and a few other smalle details, ie: check in time, check out time and best wifi.paswword to use etc. Again short informative accurate and courteous. The 3rd time was asking how our stay was and to review the property. Again short and courteous.

The condo was clean and so conveniently located to anywhere we wanted to go. The beach was wonderful. The condo was very small but the use of hooks and cabinets made it do able. We had a great time

Back to the Beach

GREAT Location!! It has been 2 1/2 years since we were at the ocean. Accommodations were as advertised, would like to have seen a couple of gas grills. Otherwise, we had a great time and are considering booking again for next summer.

Tiny House Living

Renting process was simple, paid in 3 installments which was helpful. Communication with owners was timely. The unit itself is small probably a little over 300sq ft. , but comfortable, totally equipped, nicely decorated. Right across from Wells beach access. Worked out well for us. Thanks

Relaxing beach escape

My husband and I really enjoyed this little condo right across the street from the Wells beach. It’s small but comfortable and well equipped. Great choice if you’re looking to minimize car travel (as we were) since it’s a short walk to the beach, close to trolley pickup, and easy walking/biking distance to many places in the area.

Overall a nice place

I had to reach out to the owner directly regarding checking into the property. As no information was provided on the VRBO site. No communication was given on the check-out process. So hopefully no issues. I sent a message to the owner regarding if there was a password for the WiFi no, communication was received back.

Charming Condo & Convenient Location!

My partner and I stayed at this charming property last week. The condo was very clean and had modern updates. The pictures represented exactly what the space looked like in person. Not only was the space charming and well decorated, but it was also very close to the beach and boardwalk area. Parking is located directly in front of the unit and the area is quiet at night. Patty & Jeff (the owners) were readily available & responsive via the VRBO app to help answer any questions. We highly recommend this rental for a couple or single person looking for a safe and cozy space.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Jeff and Patty's place is perfect for your beach getaway! Both were great with communication, easy to check in and check out, and very clean. It was exactly a 2 minute walk for us from doorstep of the condo to feet on the beach which provides easy access to going back and forth. It is across the road. Walking distance to the shops near the public access beach, arcade, general store etc. It is also a 1.2 mile 20-22 minute walk to Congdon's Doughnuts so you can access some of the Route One amenities that way as well if you chose. The space is definitely tight but they've done a fantastic job providing creative storage spots. Cabinets, closets, shelves, and wall hooks are all throughout the condo. Full sized fridge and stove were both a huge plus. It has everything you need. The neighbors and other renters/owners around us were all extremely friendly as well. For the price and location you literally can't beat this spot. We will definitely look to book here again in the future!!

Un endroit charmant et parfait!

Nous avons adoré notre expérience dans ce beau logis à moins de 3 minutes à pied, de la plage! Joliment décoré, un lit Queen très confortable, une bonne aération avec les fenêtres ouvertes, deux chaises et petite table pliante pour la plage, du charbon avec allumeur pour le deux charcoals mis à notre disposition à l’extérieur, et tout ce qu’il faut pour faire la cuisine! Également, nous sommes à 5 minutes à pied de petites boutiques, d’un Arcane de jeux, et petit resto casse-croûte, ainsi qu’à 20 minutes d’autres restos intéressants! Il fait bon prendre des marches dans ce petit quartier de bord de mer! C’est paisible en même temps, et aucun souci pour se stationner puisque nous avons notre espace devant le condo. Le contact avec nos hôtes a été facile et ils répondent rapidement à nos questions. Bref, c’est un endroit charmant où il nous fera plaisir de revenir encore!
