Old friends getaway

We had an amazing trip. The house was able to accommodate our group of 18 perfectly with room to spare. It was the perfect place to start a ski day, hangout for the non skiers , and wind down after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed the Super Bowl there which the living room was the perfect place to watch, eat and hangout , would recommend to any large groups !

Incredible spot!

I've been bringing a small group of business owners to Breckenridge every summer since 2017 and we have stayed in a different place every time. This spot was one of everyone's favorites. The location was amazing -- super close walk right into town -- and the property itself was clean, well maintained, and delightful.

A great location and enough bedrooms!

It was a great vacation. Excellent location to be able to walk into town and the ice rink. The home was spacious and accommodating. A couple of issues: upstairs was freezing (thermostat was set), some of the bedding was very dirty. There were items left over from the last people who stayed there.Before we arrived, I asked if there was a big pot in the kitchen and was told no- just a crockpot and sauce pan. When we arrived, there were big pots in the kitchen so I didn’t need to pack mine.Overall, it was a really nice place to be and the kitchen accommodated us all for dinner. The living room was a great place to hang out and loved the movie theater to watch a movie. They do need to get a universal remote since hooking up a movie was quite a process. We also loved having the ping-pong table.

Friends Trip to Breck

Great home with plenty of space to accommodate our group. Very kid friendly with amenities for adults. Close to the Troll hike and walkable to downtown. Comfortable sleeping accommodations and the check-in and out process was seamless.

Our stay with 10 adults and 7 grandchildren was outstanding. the house was clean, highest quality and well located at the outskirts of Breckenridge. The firepit at night was great for family conversation. We have vacationed in Colorado as a family six times and this house was the best we have found.

Awesome home and excellent location

This home was perfect for a family gathering in the mountains. Plenty of space to comfortably sleep and play. The large kitchen could accommodate multiple helping hands preparing meals. The house was very clean! The location was great and a short walk to downtown and the train park. Would highly recommend to others and would stay here again!

Team building & annual trip!

It was a great house for all of us to stay in!! We loved the space, games in the basement & the size of the kitchen. Everyone had a great time! Love Breckenridge. The only issue we had was that no one had full hot water during their showers. There were 13 of us and we didn’t take them at the same time or back to back. The view from the hot tub was amazing too.

Amazing house in an excellent location!

Wow, this house has it all! Fantastic kitchen, fire pit, home theater and many more great attributes. Love the location, feels like you’re in the woods, yet it’s a short walk to town! Beautiful, immaculate and well appointed and slept all 14 of us! Russell is a fantastic host and Pinnacle management company was super responsive, polite, and made things very easy. I highly recommend!

Great place to have large company

House was as expected and was amazing. Everyone enjoyed there stay. We got good use of the movie projector and ping pong table. Some minor inconveniences: the air hockey table would not turn on, the coffee maker took over an hour to brew 10 cups each morning, the handle to the left of the main entrance handle is broken (so we left it cracked open). We also appreciated the easy check out process. Thank you for not demanding a ton of extra chores as some properties demand.

Beautiful Mountain Home!

Beds were very comfortable, BIG dining table for everyone to eat at and Pinnacle lodging does an excellent job of responding quickly if anything goes wrong. The home is in a great location. Just a short walk to the ice rink shuttle which takes you to Beaver Run lift. Would definitely come here again!

The kitchen is the most equipped rental we’ve ever been in. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable. And the couple of times that we needed to contact the rental company they responded very quickly. The back patio was so relaxing and the view is gorgeous and it was just a short walk to town.

Spacious and good location, could use some freshening up.

Spacious house and good location. Grill, Firepit and hot tub all nice. Kitchen well equipped but for no working ice maker (4 plastic trays was insufficient and inconvenient). BR 4 & 5 TVs did not work. Carpets were pretty dirty. Place could use some refreshing (paint, carpet, updates to decor). Note to renters that shampoo/soap was one night supply.

Plenty of room, but not high and quality.

Condition: Numerous light bulbs out. The theater projector did not work. Coffee pot did not work, also it is an old fashion drip pot. Snow was covering most of the patio outside, most of the grill, the fire pit, totally, part of the hot tub. The driveway was not totally plowed making it difficult to turn into the garage. Someone came by to fix the theater while we were gone, but it was not fixed when we got back. The note said do not touch so I didn’t touch it for two days and finally, I decided to reset it and we had the theater working for the last couple days. The place was very large, and it had supplies that you would expect in the kitchen and bathrooms, and we had a great time, but it was not the high-end quality I was expecting in the building itself.

Great House With Easy Access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay for a 4 night ski trip in Jan '23. Easily accommodated 13 adults and had a great view of the peaks. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a large group to enjoy Breck and all it has to offer. It was easy to cook large meals in the kitchen and the outdoor space had easy access for enjoying the fire pit, hot tub, and grill. Great overall amenities from towels, appliances and utensils, soaps, detergent, etc.. The large garage space makes it easy to strap on ski boots and load up gear. Some cons I will point out is that the theater room needs a new/modern TV and/or Projector and the air hockey table is unplayable. We did not utilize the basement to it's potential as the screen was unviewable in any light. This was a bummer as the NFL playoffs and basketball being in full swing and it is the largest space to host the entire group at any time. 9/10 would stay again. Easy to book and access the space. Upgrade some media and outdated items and you got a near perfect getaway.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures of the property are beautiful. There are still several issues with the house that guests share time and time again on the reviews.....the bed linens are old, the carpets need clean (they are run-down with loads of track marks), MULTIPLE lightbulbs were out. The garage is dusty and dirty. This is bothersome because the garage is the only form or entry into the property. There are cushions missing on the two outdoor chairs. There are 4 bathrooms upstairs and only one shower at a time can be used, because of lack of water pressure and hot water. The dried flower arrangements need to be removed because they are full of dust and dirt. The air is dry in Breck already and it flares up your sinuses.....the dusty arrangements do not help. I hate that I am sharing so many negative things, but it is obvious that the owners do not use the property and/or they are not filling in the details that really do matter. The house, neighborhood and Breckenridge are so nice and it is appreciated when details are taken care of -

Ordeal at Snow Mansion

After a two-day ordeal, our family from around the country was able to settle in for our family reunion. Minutes after notification that the property was ready, we were informed we could expect a multi-hour delay. The management company, Pinnacle Lodging, located an adequate property a few miles away for our first night. This caused a major disruption and stress to our elderly family members at the start of our stay. On day two we had to wait for many hours for the okay to relocate to Snow Mansion. We learned miscommunication between the owner and Pinnacle regarding the timely readiness of the property caused the initial confusion. Once we moved into Snow Mansion, we learned equipment was not properly functioning to include the main floor refrig, smoke detector, most televisions, and the movie theater. This began a series of phone calls and emails to Pinnacle, some answered, most not. The last thing we wanted during our family reunion was to deal with problems that took up precious time. After spending a great deal of time sending emails and after many phone calls, we were able to speak to a Pinnacle manager. We received a two-night refund for the rent, it didn’t include daily fees and service charges. We remain disappointed at Pinnacle’s unwillingness to compensate us for all charges for two lost days in Breckenridge. While the property was gorgeous, consider carefully before reserving a property managed by Pinnacle.
