As you open the front door, you’ll be walking into a private paradise with a pool (heated is optional during colder months) and easy access to Crystal River and the Gulf of Mexico from your own private pier.
INDOOR AMENITIES:
Kitchen: Gourmet Kitchen with all your cooking needs: Stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (drip), microwave, updated refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, dishware, silverware, bakeware, pots, pans, blender, cooking utensils, and toaster. Total seating between kitchen and dining table is 14.

Home Theatre: Custom Stadium Seating for 10, Amazing Sound System, and commercial style popcorn machine for the real "movie-style" experience.

Game Room: Ping Pong table, mini bar, and card table with board games and cards.

Comforts: Three separate temp controls for comfort on different floors of home, on-demand hot water, Surround Sound throughout main level of home and outside patio (volume control in each room). A private office area. WiFi included. Washer/Dryer available and linens/towels provided. Smart TV’s provided in Living Room, Family/Common Room, and all bedrooms = 7 total

Home Layout: Main Floor: Master with spacious jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower with 3 shower heads, kitchen, guest/pool full bath, home office, game room, living room, laundry room, dining room, common area. Upstairs: Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, a family room with a pull-out queen couch, a full bath, and theatre room.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Backyard: Resort Style Pool with large very private backyard. Heated pool is optional during colder months. Limited pool towels provided as well as floats for the pool. Large basketball court (basketball and football provided). Outside Sound System, large gas grill (propane included), 65” outdoor Smart TV, corn hole, and fenced in back yard. Outside has 20 seating options.

Privately owned Dock/Pier (in front of house) on Canal: Great fishing - Bring your fishing poles and/or boat (27 ft or less). 4 Kayaks provided with life jackets.

Parking: No more than 4 vehicles. No street parking is allowed. No parking in the lawn.

Fun fact: The home is conveniently located less than 2 miles from golfing, boat launches, boat rentals, a beach, fishing, Marina, and hiking trails. When ready to explore, Crystal River has so much to offer which includes swimming with the manatees, fishing, scalloping, air boat tours, state parks, boat rentals, excellent restaurants and much more!

Fantastic Getaway!

We really enjoyed this home! It was comfortable, spaced out nicely, and so clean! The kitchen was spacious and fully decked out. The hot tub was used every night and the instructions for the high-tech tablet were very user friendly. Plus Cathrine was very quick to respond to our questions. My oldest boy loved the basketball court out back, and the guys used the dock out front every day to fish. The movie theater was a huge hit, and fun to watch the Final Four games with popcorn from the fancy popping machine! Crystal River has a very relaxed vibe, and we enjoyed eating by the river at both Crackers and Tipsy Tarpon which are very close to the house. Great hiking and boating in this area. We highly recommend this home to everyone looking for a nice relaxing weekend! Thanks, Cathrine.

Fantastic family vacation

We had a superb stay at this luxurious home! The pool was ideal for my kids and the hot tub was wonderful for the grown-ups. The ping pong table and indoor movie theater were major hits for all. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for family dinners, and the place was immaculate with no hurricane damage. Highly recommend!!

Relaxing oasis with plenty of space for all

We came with our three grown children & partners plus an infant. We had plenty of space to gather together as well as spread out to do our own things. The kitchen was well stocked and large so we could have many folks cooking at once and the grill outside is massive! Perfect for grilling the fish we caught. The cinema room was awesome especially since we were here during a rare Florida cold snap! Still enjoyed the hot tub, basketball hoop and the neighborhood, so private and lovely. Cathrine our host was extremely responsive and quite helpful to assist with any issues and recommendations for how to enjoy the property. Thank you and we will be back again sometime (hopefully soon!)

Friendsgiving 2024

Beautiful property and an amazing host! This house allowed my blended family of 4 kids, to each have a friend accompany them for the weekend. We had 8 kids, ranging from 9-17 years old, and two adults under one roof and we never felt cramped. We had so much fun. The only set back was the hot tub was out of commission but Catherine sent sent someone out immediately the part had to be special ordered. o be ordered.

Awesome place to gather with family!

This home exceeded expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. We came together as a family from different spots. Plenty of room for our 8 and new infant. Put the boat at the dock for scalloping during the weekend. When not on the water, had a great time at the large pool, epic pin-pong, basketball, college football in the movie room and kayaking. So much to do. No worries here regardless of age of all the guests. Great communication with owner. She made sure we had everything we needed and was easy to work with. Highly recommend this spot.

A Crystal River gem!

Cathrine’s property is stunning! It is has every amenity you could ever want or need. It is very private and secluded while still being close to many attractions and stores. We had so much fun hanging out by the pool, playing ping pong and basketball, watching movies in the movie theater, grilling and taking our boat out. It truly feels like your own private resort! Check in and check out was seamless and communication with the host was effortless. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great property

Property was fantastic… we had 11 of us celebrating my son’s 21st birthday. Plenty of room and activities to keep everyone busy. Home theatre room was off the chart. Pool and spa were huge and private. We loved it … highly recommended!

Beautiful large, multi level home. beautiful grounds and pool.

Great stay for a long weekend with all our family. Something to do for everybody - swim, play basketball, we had a family ping pong tournament and watched movies in the large theater room. Nothing but nature behind this home, beautiful! Great communication with Catherine- thanks for sharing this special place (close to scalloping and the springs!)

Perfect Family Reunion

This house accommodated our family reunion perfectly! The kitchen had everything you needed and we were able to make gourmet meals every day. The pool was the highlight after being in the Florida heat.

THE Private Resort

If you're looking to get away, this is the place. We wanted a long weekend to decompress and looked into a cruise, then decided on something less chaotic and found this gem of a house on VRBO. We made the right choice, and plan on returning soon.

Beautiful Home!

This home was beautiful online but even better when we arrived! It sat on a gorgeous piece of property with beautiful views! The house was large and comfortable and the movie room was jaw dropping! We also enjoyed the large swimming pool and had plenty of room for entertaining on the deck and patio. Then only negative was us having to leave too soon! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful Home and Relaxing Property

The property is beautiful and and very relaxing. The outdoor amenities which include a pool, spa and basketball court are amazing. The property truly does make you feel as if you are staying at your own resort. The property manager was great to communicate with and was very informative and responsive. If you rent this property you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful, Private, Home on the Water

Just the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away! The pool and hot tub are fantastic and we had a great time fishing off the dock and kayaking in the canals. Wonderful location! Close and convenient to everything but still incredibly private and serene, surrounded by the gorgeous marsh. The theater and popcorn machine were also a total bonus. We’ll definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Great family house

Our group consisted of 2 families 4 kids total. We enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub upon arrival. The theatre room and popcorn maker was fun and the host walked me through everything in the house. I will definitely look at coming back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the home, the hurricane was a challenge and we weren’t really sure we could even go until literally the day before. Catherine did everything she could to make sure everything went smoothly, including the pool filling up with marsh water and even fish. We couldn’t actually get our boat back to the house so Boating from the backyard, well, the front yard wasn’t even an option because the salt river was so full of debris. Would love to come back when we could really go “scalping”! So maybe in the summer when the storms were all clear other than those challenges, the house was awesome.

Fabulous property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The house was perfect for hosting, cooking, entertaining. The pool is amazing and the views are beautiful. 5 min ride to Plantation and 10 mins to Pete’s Pier. Highly recommend.
