Ristrutturato di recente per il 2018. TUTTA LA NUOVA PAVIMENTAZIONE IN PIASTRELLE, NUOVI MOBILI IN UNA CAMERA DA LETTO. NUOVI MOBILI PATIO E PORTE PATIO. NUOVI BAGNI RISTRUTTURATI. 2019 NUOVI MOBILI DA CAMERA DA LETTO. NUOVI ASCENSORI COMPLESSI. Due camere da letto con due bagni condominio fronte oceano. Situato direttamente sulla spiaggia e sul mare in un complesso recintato presso l'esclusivo West End of Island - Ocean Point. Splendide viste panoramiche sull'oceano e sull'isola.

ASCENSORE. 2 piscine all'aperto fronte oceano private, 1 piscina per bambini, 1 piscina interna riscaldata e una vasca idromassaggio. Questo complesso si trova vicino alla fine dell'isola dove si trova l'Oceano di fronte e la Via navigabile intra-costale nella parte posteriore. Ha Internet wireless a banda larga. Lavatrice / asciugatrice full size.

Questa unità è perfetta per coloro che vogliono sperimentare viste spettacolari della zona circostante, ampie spiagge scarsamente popolate, sole caldo e passeggiate fino alla fine dell'isola per pescare, caccia alle conchiglie o semplicemente vedere per vedere e godersi i tranquilli dintorni naturali. Gli attrezzi da spiaggia (sedie, ecc.) Possono essere lasciati nei cassonetti all'inizio della passerella.

Great place in a wonderful location

We loved the oceanfront view and enjoyed walking the short distance to the end of OIB, where the waterway meets the ocean. Very clean property with all the amenities we needed. It was a great Thanksgiving beach trip!

Excellent, but bring towels, linens, and ice.

This is a beautiful condo in a high rise with two balconies where you can watch lines of pelicans glide right by you. The condo is at the remote end of Ocean Isle so the beach is not crowded at all. My only gripe is that the host did not tell us until the day before we traveled that we either had to bring our own towels and linens or pay extra for a service. Also there was no ice in the freezer, so we had to go back out to get some. Still, knowing all of this I would definitely rent again,.

Birthday weekend for wife.

We had a super time in this condo. It was my wife's birthday (breast cancer survivor this year), and my sister was dobe with two of three chemotherapy treatments for her cancer. The condo was spacious and inviting. Close enough to businesses and restaurants, but far enough to be out of the traffic. I highly recommend this condo.

Ladies long weekend

Myself and companions were more than pleased with our accommodations. They were spacious, well appointed, and the kitchen was updated in every way. We especially enjoyed the 8th floor balcony where we watched dolphins all weekend, and were eye level with the pelicans. Would definitely book again!

Huge, clean condo with everything we needed. All communications were flawless. Safe. Beach and pools were clean. Close to everything we need in ocean isle but felt secluded. Our second year here and we will be back.

Visiting extended family

We went to visit family that just moved to the area. Condo had a beautiful view of the beach. It was very nice and very quiet area. Will definitely stay their when we visit the area again.

New favorite condo at oib

It was perfect. Was a little concerned at first because we’re used to staying close to the circle where things are walkable but quickly realized it was really nice and quiet with a gorgeous beach. So that made up for losing the convenience. Someone could easily live there full time. Thanks for making it so comfortable.

Beautiful condo

We may be spoiled and never want to stay anywhere else. Huge updated condo with everything you would need. Safe. Nice beach. Big clean pools. Other occupants very friendly.

Roomy, clean and well appointed.

Very nice well abobe average rental. I hope I have the opportunity to return sometime in the future. However, this is the first rental at which I have stayed for many years that did not include the linens. Not a problem in that I have both queen and double bed sheets that I could take and was driving to Ocean Isle Beach.

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach

We had a great time at this condo. It is right on the beach, and the views are gorgeous. There a 2 balconies, one off of the living room and one off the master bedroom, and they are a lovely place to watch the ocean, and especially the pelicans. The condo is modern, clean, and spacious, and even has a full washer and dryer. Ocean Isle is a pretty sleepy town, but there is a nice Lowes grocery store nearby, as well as restaurants and coffee shops. The owner is responsive and helpful.

Disappointed

We chose this condo because of the close proximity to the house that my extended family was staying in at Ocean Isle. Also, because of the reviews I had read online. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was that the carpet was beyond filthy with stains everywhere in each room. When I started to put linens on the beds in the double bedroom, the first things I noticed was a 24 X 24 inch pee stain on the mattress pad. I fail to under why the cleaning crew did not notice it when they made up the beds when the last renters left. I sat down in a chair on the balcony and about fell over because the leg was broken and made to look normal. The other balcony had cheap plastic chairs that were dirty. I called the owner and mentioned my disappointment and was told that I was the first person to complain in the past 10 years except me. Do cleaning crews not know how to properly clean a bathroom? The baseboards and corners were nasty with dirt. I owned several rental condo's at North Myrtle Beach up until 8 years ago. As an owner I made sure they were immaculate when my first summer renters arrived and they stayed that way. It is my opinion that this condo is in bad need of an update and thorough cleaning. When I pay to rent a vacation home, I expect it to be pleasant experience and this was not. Had the carpets and mattress pad been clean I would have probably cleaned the bathroom floors myself. We opted to leave a day early.
