Close to town. This beautiful four bedroom, two bath home is located in the township of Skaneateles and is centrally located just 2.5 miles from the center of the village and the skaneateles lake, as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, and other activities.
Located on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new appliances, dining table, living room with smart tv to access Netflix and amazon prime, three bedrooms and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. The washer/dryer is also located on the main level of the home. A fourth bedroom with queen bed is located on the lower level which also has a full bath.

The home has a large deck to watch the sunrise and an outdoor eating area equipped with a grill for barbecuing. The deck is accessible from the porch outside of the kitchen as well as from the French doors in the master bedroom.

Driveway available to accommodate four vehicles. Travelers to Skaneateles can choose to stay busy by site seeing, wine tasting, shopping, enjoy fine dining, or just sitting by the lake and reading a book. Great location with all the comforts of home!

Great house

We enjoyed our first visit to Skaenateles and loved our stay here! The house is comfortable and clean and the owners are very responsive and welcoming. We would love to visit again!

Funeral stay

The home was warm, had all the amenities and easily and comfortably furnished. Only negative was the need for snow removal upon arrival, none of the walks or steps or the driveway was shoveled. The host should have had that done.

Our Family stay this winter

I wanted to share how perfect this house was for our recent Family stay. The house had everything we could need, was very clean and so easy to fit our extended family. The four bedrooms were very spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen perfectly equipped. The hosts were extremely accommodating in every respect, and so responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful modern home

This property is wonderful. Some friends and I stayed there during a Skaneateles Dickens Christmas and we had an amazing stay. The property looks very recently renovated and was absolutely immaculate from top to bottom. The kitchen was equipped with beautiful high end LG appliances and we had all we needed in the kitchen to prepare a meal one of our nights. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, the beds were cozy and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us to spread out and have some privacy when we wanted but was well laid out and spacious enough to be able to enjoy each other's company very easily as well There were many thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay feel more comfortable and homey. We weren't within reasonable walking distance of downtown Skaneateles but just a short drive or Uber ride away. Highly recommend this property and host!

Great Home in the Finger Lakes

I recently enjoyed a fantastic girls trip with two friends at a charming rental home in the Finger Lakes, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the property. The owners were incredibly responsive, addressing our needs promptly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, allowing us to dive straight into our vacation without any hassles. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the picturesque town of Skaneateles, where we explored local shops and enjoyed the friendly vibe, even despite the less-than-ideal weather. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting a nearby winery, where we indulged in some delicious tastings and stunning views. Overall, this home was a wonderful base for our adventures, and we left with great memories and plans to return. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in the Finger Lakes, this rental is definitely worth considering!

Thank you! It was a pleasure staying and the perfect stay. Great communication.The place is just as described and very clean!!! We were in town with 3 other couples for the weekend for a wedding. Convenient (a short drive) to town! Do not hesitate to book. Loved it!

This is our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back! The location to the village, the beautiful and updated home all make for an easy and relaxing stay! The property owners Maria and Buddy are very responsive and welcoming. They have thought of everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We enjoy the cleanliness of the home and also the large fully equipped kitchen. This is a huge plus for our family gathering. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Skaneateles comfort

What a great place for our family to relax and enjoy the Finger Lakes. Perfect kitchen where we made a majority of our meals, bbq was spot on too. We enjoyed a few nights of sweet summer weather with a campfire and no bugs(not used to that one). Ok the cicadas and crickets were singing. The yard is quite large and allowed for a little soccer fun as well. Bedrooms and Beds were just right. Everyone was well rested and absolutely no complaints. Thanks guys for a great stay!!
