/Miller Colonial\ 1946 SUNY Eagle Hill 5Bed 2Baths
My place is close to University of Albany, shopping malls and plazas, bars, restaurants, the airport, the city center, parks, art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, fully renovated, newly furnished, nice yard, awesome double rear deck, open floor plan and central air. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends

We absolutely loved staying here. Being new parents we made the drive from NC with our 4 month old daughter. We were offered to borrow a baby swing or any other thing we may need for our daughter! Having a place close to my family while also having our own space was amazing. Just wish we had warmer weather so we could have enjoyed coffee off the master bedroom!
My Wife and I along with another couple stayed here for Parents weekend. The house was perfect for us to invite our daughters over and have a comfortable place to hang out and feed them for the weekend. It was only 5 Minutes from the campus.
Our host clearly takes pride in offering a nice clean home. I recommend it highly!
I almost forgot to leave a review for this gem of a place in Albany, NY. The place looks EXACTLY as advertised, and having a host who does all he can to meet your needs makes it even better. This is the PERFECT place to book with the BEST value in Albany that I’ve seen so far. It’s located in a quiet side street but still close enough to the inner city! Thank you Peter you’re the man.
We wanted to escape our NYC apartment to a larger space, and be able to see some family in the Albany area, while still working remote. We had an excellent stay, and everything was great. This house is centrally located to everything in Albany. The house is also spacious, and the backyard was the perfect space for our pup to run around. The immediate surrounding area was quiet and pleasant but also close to stores and restaurants. The owner was quick and helpful to respond to any of our concerns or questions.
This property is excellent, has all the amenities you need and more. I was in town to visit my family who I had not seen since 2019 and this place offered the perfect spot to decompress after many family get together held during my stay. The wi-fi is on point, the downstairs area is open and comfortable. All kitchen and laundry appliances are up to date, you will find everything you need. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and bathroom, one bedroom connects to outside deck. The backyard was great for my furry baby to run around, and comfortable enough to sit back and relax. The location is great, house located in quiet neighborhood but near lots of shops and food places . This place is near University of Albany and not far from Stuyvesant Plaza. It's also quick Uber ride to Amtrak station. Peter, the host, was very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. I definitely recommend!
The space was perfect for our family to serve as a "home base" for a week in the Albany area while we visited family. The home was very clean, furniture and appliances were updated and/or new, and Peter clearly took his guests' comfort into account. It comfortably accommodated me, my husband, and our two children (ages 4 and 2). Peter was very responsive when we locked ourselves out, and in general throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
