Phoenix IX är en av de nyaste och mest lyxiga lägenheterna på Gulfen! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom golv till tak fönster i enheten. Med över 1.570 m² är enheten mycket rymlig och nyinredd.

Detta är en "premium" -enhet som erbjuds till dig under "Select" -enhetspriserna !!! Vi har installerat alla nya möbler från och med 11/14/18 !!!

Bekvämligheterna är rikliga på denna Phoenix IX condo: enheten är utrustad med full storlek apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 48 "plattskärms-HDTV i vardagsrum med väggmonterade 32" TV i sovrummen, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en king size-säng i sovrummet och en kung i det andra sovrummet, det finns också en queen size-bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Det finns en utomhuspool med en säker poolpool, uppvärmd poolpool i 7: e våningen med otrolig utsikt, två jacuzzis, toppmoderna gym och en inomhustennisbana.

Det finns en 25-årig lägsta åldersgräns för att reservera enheten som kommer att verkställas utan återbetalning för överträdelse.

Great condo!

We had a wonderful time at this location. We had an issue with the washer and maintenance immediately fix it on a Sunday! Great place to spend at the beach!

Great Vacation Spot

Loved the place from all angles. From the condo, to the pools, tennis court, and awesome beach, the place was great!! Very relaxed environment and not crowded at all, it was the perfect place for us!!

Great location

The condo was spacious and perfect location for us! The beach was not over crowded. The condo needs a little attention (minor repairs and a deep cleaning). I am assuming it has been rented nonstop this summer, so I guess it’s expected! They had some mildew/mold in the second bathroom around the vent on the ceiling and the sleeper couch was disgusting (food crumbs, toys, and dead bugs) when we pulled it out to make the bed up to sleep in. I would stay here again because these things didn’t ruin our trip!! We were very happy with the space and location.

Great view and condo

Overall our stay was great. Great view to the South and West, the condo on the eastside of this condo sticks out further than this one and blocks the view to the East. Condo overall was in good shape, but had a lot of minor maintenance issues. Lights burnt out, floor base tile taped to wall, toilets didn't flush right, had to hold the handle down. The bed in the second bedroom was great nice and firm. Overall a great rip no issues that took away from our fun experience.

I agree with what others have said, patio furniture needs to be replaced. Ice maker in bar area needs filter changed. Other than those two things everything else was great.

We were right on the beach, amazing views, and away from the busier beaches during spring break. Still close enough to get to restaurants and shopping. Mike was quick to respond to any question. Had an issue with the TV remotes and one TV that was handled quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

The washing machine had a lot of liquid detergent splattered about the tub. The 2 maintenance issues were taken care of quickly. The location was nice.
