The location and accommodations were excellent. The place is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was our favorite hangout spot.

Great stay! Large open areas for multi family group. 10 minutes to Holiday Valley and fun little town.

We had a great trip! The house was able to comfortably accomodate 15 adults we had in town for our ski weekend. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Very accommodating

The house is very spacious and can accommodate large groups with ease! Has everything you could need for your stay! About a 5 min dr to town! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Holiday Valley Home

Family ski trip

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We were a family of twenty and the home easily accommodated all of us. Amy was easy to communicate with and she did think of just about everything to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this home!

Annual Family Ski trip.

Ellicotville Chalet was the perfect place for our family trip. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 14. The location was perfect, only a very short drive to Holiday Valley Resort. The only reason I marked a 4 for cleanliness was because we had to wash the pans, cups and silverware before we used them because they had food on them or were dirty. The same with the stove. The floors were a little messy and the fireplace had ashes and the ash bucket was filled to the rim. Other than those few things, it is a great place. We will definitely book again if we return to Holiday Valley. Book with confidence.

Amazing Property!

I went with a group of 16 and we had an amazing stay! It is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes from town. We had a handful of out of town folks who were driving in the dark and they found the house with ease. The place was very clean with plenty of room for our entire group. The host, Amy was quick to respond and made sure we were in complete comfort during our stay! I highly recommend and would easily stay here again!

Ski trip with friends

This property was great for our group of 17 (infant up to 50 yrs old)! It was an easy 8 minute drive to Holiday Valley to ski, and 5 minute drive into downtown Ellicottville.

Great home, great stay!

We had such a wonderful time and a great stay! The home was spacious enough for our extended family! Everything was clean and comfortable. Our communications with the homeowner was also excellent. We did miss having an extra bathroom for the main & loft floor bedrooms, but we may do with the shared bathroom on that floor. The kids loved the bunk rooms and having their own family room on the lower level. Was a great stay!

Such a great great room and kitchen!

Just lovely for MLK weekend with friends. Many comments on the lovely kitchen; how well stocked it was. The living room is great and the sofa is comfortable. Kids played outside joyfully on a sunny day and adults apres-ski on the deck very enjoyably. Skiing was great. It was our second trip to this house and we hope to continue the tradition.

Family Togetherness

There were some problems but most were taken care of. One bedroom was not able to be used because of water leakage from above bathroom. The sitting room became a bedroom at night. The view was very nice and did see some deer. Also convenient to the different activities that we went to. Thanks for the quick responses to our calls.

Nice Place To Stay

The property is really nice. It was clean and big and had Peacock which allowed my family to watch the Olympics each night after out adventures. There's a GIANT L shaped couch that fit 10 of us easily and comfortably. Plenty of room to hang out on the wrap around porch (we played cornhole on it too). My niece likes nature so even though we were TOLD there are no fish in the pond she caught some baby Bluegill with a net :) The only downside for some of our family was there is only air conditioning in the main living space and the loft. Would be great to have it in each of the individual rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

New owners of this beautiful home. While we are not skiers or snowboarders we do enjoy spending the weekends in the summer here. Having dinners in town and getting to know the area has been fun for my whole family.
