Comfortable and Spacious 3 Bedroom Home

Private newly remodeled home in nice suburban nieghborhod. Home is located 2.6 miles away from the Jordan Creek Town Center which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. It is also less than ten miles to Des Moines.

The interior features a living room, dining area, recently remodeled working kitchen, 1.5 baths, and 2 bedrooms on the main level. There is also a finished basement that includes a bedroom, family room with large screen tv and laundry area.

Feel free to make use of our fully stocked kitchen that includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer and standard appliances (keurig, toaster, blender, crock pot, and electric can opener). Plates, utensils, glasses, and mugs are also available.

The home is handicap accessible with a ramp in the garage and handicap shower on the main level.

Multi-car driveway is available for off-street parking.

There is a desk on the main level as well as in the finished basement.

Each level has a TV with cable tv.

Lock box contains a key and a code to access the box will be provided

Family gathering

We had a gathering for our adult daughter’s birthday with several family members and this was the perfect space for what we were looking for. The property is as listed, with a good amount of space for our group of 8. We had plenty of space to lounge with comfortable furnishings, and a nice dining room table to play board and card games. The location in town was very convenient to dining and shopping areas and easy access to the interstates. We would definitely book this property again in the future!

Great Stay

We were in town for a funeral and the location of the property was perfect for our location of activities. House was good in person, as advertised in the pictures.

Very comfortable

The house was the perfect size! It is set up perfectly if you have little ones. A baby gate on the stairs and high chair and step stools. Large deck we didn’t use in January. We would stay here again!

Spacious with a great location

Perfect spot for our family!

Property is very clean and the host is very easy to get ahold of if needed. Close to the mall and seceral dining options. Nice deck and back yard to host a small get together after my daughter graduated college. Highly recommend and would rent again.

Sisterfest

We had a great stay . Everything was close and convenient. Nice quiet neighborhood. We did no cooking so we really can’t comment on kitchen supplies but looked to have plenty of supplies.

An Amazing place for families!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. The host is very responsive, the place is immaculate, and is so child friendly! There is a baby gate for the stairs, a pack and play if you forgot yours, toys for the kids to play with, and plenty of space to enjoy your time. Not to mention the beds are actually comfy. Location is great too, nice safe area, close to some playgrounds, and close to the freeway!

Attending Graduation

Everything was great in this quiet neighborhood. The house was cozy and very welcoming. Loved that there was plenty of towels and all the bath toiletries provided was a plus. There was coffee/hot chocolate pods provided which was nice plus since they are not always offered. The deck area with table and chairs was really nice(although the deck could have used a little tidying up).

Fabulous location

We stayed here to attend a conference close by and were delighted by the location, safe and quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, and refreshing shower. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting!

Nice place

The property was well taken care of and nicely stocked, and clean. The communications that were made with the owner were friendly and informative. Very nice place to stay, quiet neighborhood with easy access to main freeways for getting around. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again if the needs arise to be back in the Des Moines area. One party member had a walker and the ramp in the garage was very convenient for them
