Located on the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach this newly renovated single family home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. High end finishes and just steps from the ocean front. Within one block is the wonderful Oceanic Restaurant and Crystal Pier along with the South End Coffee Shop and local surf shop. Our property also offers something else difficult to find on Wrightsville and that is plenty of parking. Our property has a 2 car garage as well as paved parking for a minimum of 4 additional vehicles.
You will not find a more beautiful and spacious main bath and the ocean views from the private deck are outstanding.

Well appointed

Easy check in after meeting owner on site. Perfect location and well stocked with kitchen and cooking items, beach toys, chairs, games, etc. House had a great floor plan for comfort and entertaining.

Family Vacation

This was our second year staying in this beautiful home for our annual family vacation. The home has been very well cared for in the last year. The home was perfect for us however improvements have been made to the home. The location is great, and the neighborhood is very friendly. Our host is wonderful to work with. We able to relax and fully enjoy our time here. We will return next year!

Great beach house rental close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay at this awesome beach rental. The house was very thoughtfully renovated with modern kitchen and nice bathrooms. There were plenty of parking spaces as well and it was close to the beach (and Oceanic restaurant)! Would highly recommend!

Great place, excellent location, missing a few things

Bedrooms & bathrooms were spaced and excellent -- except that 3 bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. The 4th had a community 1/2 bathroom upstairs. So, the 4th bedroom guests had to "beg" to get a shower. All beds were excellent. The stairs to the basement had rocks, pieces of candy wrapper on them at check in. One bathroom had extra soap scum on the shower door. But these are nits, the place was essentially clean, well-organized, and good spaces to talk with family members. The front porch rockers were way beyond ordinary; we spent considerable time out there. :-) We were disappointed that there was no kitchen dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and one of the TV remotes had corroded batteries that we had to replace. The outside shower did not work. Anyone considering Wrightsville Beach as a destination should strongly consider this place. Our host was friendly, helpful, and communicated well. However, be aware that parking in WB is onerous -- $5 per hour, can mostly only pay for an hour before moving car, and meters are difficult to operate correctly.

Loved this house!

This house was perfect for a weekend at the beach with friends!! It’s conveniently located very close to the beach, as well as a surf shop and breakfast place. Check-in was very easy and the house was very well stocked with everything you needed. We really enjoyed staying here and would absolutely come back!

Perfect!

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s an absolutely wonderful location, and the house itself is so accommodating, comfy, and clean. A quick and easy walk to the beach, coffee at Sundays or a cocktail on the pier at the Oceanic. You feel like a local! Bringing our family, we really enjoy the private alley out back where we can play corn hole and the kids rode scooters while we grilled. Harold is so nice and very easy to communicate with. This may become an annual tradition!

A perfect getaway to Wrightsville Beach

We had a girls weekend at this lovely house and it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy, parking for multiple cars, a quick walk to the beach, and coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house was so cute and we enjoyed every minute, which was a lot because the weather didn’t cooperate with our weekend plans. Would love to come back soon!

Great Beach Property

The property is well-appointed for a large family gathering; great kitchen tools, lots of place servings, etc. The furniture was comfortable and all enjoyed the time. The beach is close, so traffic through the area is constant, but a fair tradeoff for access to a fine beach experience. The extra parking in the rear of the property is a plus for groups like ours that traveled separately to NC.

Beautiful & Comfortable Home!

Wow! This home is amazing! My family was able to comfortably relax in a clean home. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and gorgeous en suites. Our host was attentive and available if needed. The south end of WB is a great place to be. We will definitely return for another holiday!

Great home

This home is beautiful. Great location. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication with owner. We would certainly come back to Wrightsville Beach and this home. We did use the ground level room with a Murphy bed, as a bedroom. It does not have a bedroom door that can close - not an issue for our group, but worth mentioning. Fantastic stay with our adult children. Thanks, Harold!!

Graduation Celebration

We all gathered at the beach following NCSU graduation. Six adults---beautiful home (this was our second stay at this house). The accommodations were excellent---could want for NOTHING! SO close to the beach and the weather was terrific! We will always try to book this property whenever we plan a stay at Wrightsville beach. This house accommodates 10 adults perfectly! (we were 6)

Long weekend at WB

Great spot, great location! Plenty of parking which is an asset at WB. A few dishwasher pods under the sink and small soap for showers would've been helpful. Overall a nice stay though.

Delightful Beach House

Comfortable, and extremely equipped house with lovely ocean decor. This house is a Gold Star Location, and well equipped with everything you'll need for a fun seaside vacation. It is tastefully decorated and the owner is very responsive to all communication. We highly recommend and look forward to returning again in the future.
