Palm Court is an updated villa which sleeps 4, making it perfect for smaller groups. But don’t let the small size fool you, Palm Court Villas has everything you need for the ultimate vacation.

Palm Court is ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Village. Take a short walk to experience great shops, diverse restaurants, fishing piers and the Community Center. Beautiful white sand beaches are just one short block away and feature a wonderful row of Australian pine trees for shade and cool relaxing. When you’re ready to explore, jump on the free Island trolley that stops at the corner of Magnolia Ave and runs the entire length of Anna Maria Island.

The owners have thought of all conveniences. You will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ample linens including beach towels, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings. There is a beach gear shed with beach cart, umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. The open tropical courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy a late afternoon margarita or a relaxed dinner prepared on the charcoal grill.

So, pack your flip flops, and get ready to enjoy charming Palm Court. And if you have a larger group, Villa A can be rented along with Villa B to allow a party of 8 to enjoy all this lovely rental has to offer.

Beautiful property close to beach in stunning resort

We were recommended Anna Maria Island as the closest you'll get to the Bahamas without being in the Bahamas - they weren't wrong! What a beautiful place, white sandy beach and turquoise water as far as the eye can see. This is a beautiful property, very well equipped with modern tasteful furnishings and a minute walk to the beach. We loved the beach cart in the shed with chairs, umbrella etc for us to use. The air con was a god send as we visited in July! Beds very comfortable and every facility catered for. The only tiny negative was the real estate agent wasn't too clear how to find the property (we were tired and completely new to the area!) but we managed and the keyless entry was so easy to use. I was also bitten like crazy by mosquitos so take repellent! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic find on Anna Maria Island

We had a snafu with checking in - incorrect door code given- but it was quickly resolved and the rest of the stay was flawless. This property is a gem - brand new finishes and a block and a half away from the beach makes it the perfect place to stay. Very well appointed for all of your needs. Thank you for a great vacation!

This property was amazing! Exactly like the listing! Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need! The location is also great. The best breakfast and lunch place on the island is a 2 minute walk to the corner and there are also many other restaurants within walking distance. A beautiful beach only a block away. What more could you ask for?

This place is the perfect location in Anna Maria! Just a few blocks from the beach and also walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. The space is also very nice and clean. When we go back to AMI, we will definitely stay here again.

Best Beach Girls Trip!

This place is a gem! Absolutely looks exactly like the listing photos. We had everything we needed and things we didn’t even think of were also provided. Fran, the contact was incredibly easy to work with and was quick with responses to questions that came up. The location is absolutely perfect, less than 2 blocks from the gulf side which has a beautiful sandy beach and less than 5 blocks from the Bay side for a less salty and wavy experience and use of showers and bathroom here. Restaurants and shops are also in walking distance. The Porch is delicious and a must eat! So was the waterfront and the gelato place two blocks down. This was a great stay for a girls trip, small family or a couple. With plenty to do we never even left the parking spot once we arrived. Publix is available on the way for anything you may need and the corner store filled in the gaps if we needed. Would absolutely come back! Best long weekend in a beautiful place. Our only regret, we didn’t have time to take the free trolly with the stop located two door down around the island more.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property on AMI. The home was clean and in the center of everything…less than 2 blocks to the beach and a short walk to many restaurants. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Thank you for everything!

Awesome two bedroom villa with everything we needed for the perfect stay on AMI. Short walk to the beach and walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants and shops on Pine Avenue and Gulf Drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We rented this for a girls trip. The best part of this rental was that it was walkable distance to beach and restaurants. Literally across the street from a great place for breakfast and close to French pastry shop. Would recommend you rent beach chairs from store on corner-$25 each for week as the beach chairs provided weren't very good and there were only 2. Enjoyed the outside sitting area which we utilized daily. Would definitely return.

All the comforts of home

What a pleasant surprise! Our unit was beautifully updated with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Kuddos to the remodeler!! Everything was sparkling clean upon arrival. And the location was perfect. We have stayed all over Anna Marie island over the years and this unit was one of our favorites.

We loved this property. Within walking distance to many excellent places. Everything that you need for your trip was provided and the best part was they even had a cart, beach chairs and a float for you to use. The king bed was comfortable. Perfect location.

We loved our stay. Perfect walking location to the beach. The only downfall was I wish there where more supplies available. When you are flying somewhere and staying its nice to have basic supplies needed for the week and not have to provide these yourself, such as paper towels, garbage bags etc. Other than this is was perfect.

5 stars not enough

We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for 10 years, several times a year and this was the best place ever. When you come a lot for just 1-3 days it is hard to find a place that doesn’t require a whole week. This place let us do 3 days. And this place was very clean. Newly decorated and so comfortable. The beds were excellent and the couches were comfortable too! We loved this place and plan to return.

I chuckle when new acquaintances seem genuinely surprised when I say I'm a native Floridian. Yes, there are some, and I am, indeed, one. Born in Tampa my family moved to Anna Maria in the early 60s. The landscape has certainly changed since those early years, but in many respects, Anna Maria has retained its small-town feel. It is truly a gem on the Florida West Coast.

I feel very fortunate to split my time between two of the most beautiful places in the country - New York's Hudson Valley and Anna Maria Island. I've tried to make the updated furnishings at Palm Court Villas as comfortable ad convenient as if I were staying there year-round. My goal is to make you feel at home as I do. I know you're going to love the unit's close proximity to wonderful tree-shaded beaches and a variety of dining and shopping options.
