Tropical Paradise - 200 'dalla spiaggia! Privato con vista parziale sull'oceano

Non sbaglierai in questa bella casa con vista sull'oceano. È proprio al centro di tutto, ma molto tranquillo e riservato. A soli 200 piedi dalla grande spiaggia anche con l'alta marea. Puoi giocare tutto il giorno al sole e tornare a casa e rilassarti sulla tua veranda protetta. Dopodiché puoi fare un tuffo in piscina presso il Beach Club che si trova a soli 2 isolati dalla casa. Ci sono 4 camere da letto, 3 al piano inferiore e un soppalco al piano superiore.

Vista parziale sull'oceano insieme a un paradiso tropicale di 45 alberi. Un ambiente tranquillo comprende un doppio lotto di grandi dimensioni. Situato in posizione strategica a pochi passi dalle piscine, dai ristoranti e dai campi da tennis di Island Beach Club. Una pista ciclabile / pedonale si trova dall'altra parte della strada. La vicina spiaggia non è affollata.

Questa casa ha molte caratteristiche. L'ampio ponte esterno si affaccia sul lotto con molti alberi e vista sull'oceano. Proiettato sotto il portico con un ventilatore a soffitto è ideale per conversazioni, ristoranti, giochi o relax. La doccia esterna con acqua calda / fredda è comoda quando si torna dalla spiaggia. Al piano principale si trova l'ampio soggiorno con divani e sedie, un camino, Smart HDTV da 55 pollici, Apple TV, DVD, stereo Bluetooth che è l'ideale per rilassarsi o divertirsi. La cucina ha una grande sala da pranzo con una bella vista sull'oceano. La camera da letto principale è grande con un letto king size, smart TV HD da 43 pollici a parete e bagno privato con cabina doccia. La prossima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con un televisore HD da 26 pollici. La camera da letto al terzo piano principale ha 2 gemelli con un HDTV intelligente da 43 pollici sul muro. Un bagno completo nel corridoio. Al piano superiore è un soppalco con 2 letti matrimoniali, 1 doppia, divano, cabina armadio, TV HD da 46 pollici e bagno completo.

La nostra casa ha una politica non fumatori, animali non ammessi. C'è molto da fare sull'isola di Fripp. La casa dispone di banda larga e wifi. È tutto qui per te! Vieni e unisciti a noi... Non vorrai più andartene!

enjoyable summer vacation

Very well equipped with recent renovations.. there was a large amount of beach equipment ( chairs, tent, wagon, toys for infants) that made the time at the beach more enjoyable. The property was exactly as advertised and we would definitely stay there again.

Great property that has a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck and having all the storage in the garage was a huge bonus. Would definitely come back!

Great House

This was our second time staying at this house. We had a great time. It is an easy walk to the beach and so close that you can go home for lunch. There have been several upgrades since our first stay and they made the house even better. We can’t wait to go back next summer!

Great location and beautiful beach

Location is great, bedrooms fit our 6 adult, 5 children family well. Kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Toilets didn't flush well, but we managed and had a great time.

Summer two week stay

The porch and deck are private, shady, and relaxing surrounded by palms and water oaks with the ocean in view one row off. The kitchen has everything needed and we cooked in every night. Enjoyed lots of shrimp boils eaten on the screened porch. Beach access super easy and close.

Nice house for the price!

Location was great. Kitchen very well stocked. First night went to go to bed and there was no bottom sheet on our bed so we had to make do with a flat sheet as there were no extra king-size sheets. The two lamps in the first bedroom have no knobs and can’t be turned on. A lot of the lamps had burned out bulbs. The upstairs loft bathroom was not properly cleaned as there appeared to be dried urine on the toilet seat. Don’t want to sound like a complainer, but as a property manager, I would want to know these things. Overall, we had a great week and the house was good. Great deck and screen porch!

Fun Family Time

We just returned from a week at Fripp and had a great time. The island was hopping, the week after the July 4th holiday, with lots of people yet the wide beaches still allow you to spread out easily. The location of this house was fantastic. Located right at beach access #19, it was so easy to come and go from the beach to the house. The house itself might be considered a beach 'cottage'. It was dated but very, very clean. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one large bedroom upstairs with its own full bath. The upstairs room fit all our teenage/young adult family easily although it never got quite cool enough from the July heat. The main floor never had a problem keeping cool. We appreciated the extra refrigerator in the garage and drink refrigerator in the kitchen. The kitchen was dated as well, but we had everything we needed to cook with. The owner mentioned that the house will get all new kitchen cabinets this fall. That might help with space, we did not have much space to store the food we brought, but we made it work. All in all, it suited our needs for family time and the location to the beach was really great.

House is steps from beach access making it easy for our group to go back and forth during the day. Kitchen was well appointed. Great screened porch and back porch.

Summer dreams - walk to beach

We were so happy to find this home available after our previous plan fell through. The location was perfect! Beach access right outside made it so easy to navigate with 4 children and all their beach toys. We had plenty of room and places to hang out inside. Loved our evenings on the back deck and the quaint interior. Mary was a great host and quick to communicate. Our 3rd time visiting Fripp and we hope to make it a yearly trip!

Great Location !

This was our first time staying within walking distance of the beach on Fripp. It was great. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10. The extra refrigerator in the garage was nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was just the size we needed and very well stocked with everything we needed. It is very close to the beach access and not far from seafood markets. We also had access to the resort facilities. This was our first visit to Fripp Island but not our last. Mary, the owner, was very responsive throughout the whole process.

Memorial Day

We had a wonderful stay with our children and grandchildren at Fripp. The house worked really well for our family with plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. What could have been a difficult start to our stay with a broken dishwasher, our owner Mary Oswald was quick to get a repair man in to get it fixed. When he determined that it could not be repaired, she had it replaced with a new dishwasher within hours! Very responsive and on top of the situation! Our family always enjoys our time at Fripp and look forward to our next visit!

Location!!

Located right at beach access 19. No need to load the golf cart!! The bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. Bonus refrigerator in the garage was a huge plus! Kitchen and bathrooms were dated, but the water pressure was strong and all the drains worked perfect. Mary the Host was excellent to work with. Very prompt and accessible.

Location Location Location

This house had everything we needed! The layout was great for our family & guests. It is not super updated & current but that actually made it feel “beachy” for us…it has EVERYTHING you need for a fun getaway. The location to walk to the beach was the BEST part. Mary was great to work with and very responsive. A definite repeat!

Great location with quick walk to beach

As the other reviews stated, the central location of this property and close proximity to Access #19 is a HUGE plus! Also, the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make dinners. The appliances are modern with the washing machine having a very large capacity. The pictures posted on VRBO represented the property well. We traveled with with two sets of 70+ grandparents, a young couple with an 11 month old and our 19 year old son. We had plenty of room! We were able to get a very good rate from Sutcliffe Golfcarts which was great and much appreciated. We had an AMAZING time and appreciate Mary’s quick response to any questions we had.

Thanksgiving get away

We had terrific weather and the house was a great home base to discover everything about Fripp Island. It provided just the right amount of room for our group and was so close to the water...we couldn't have asked for a better location. The stock of games at the home provided great times for the one rainy day we did have. The other days were just terrific.

Ideal location!

We come to fripp multiple times a year but have never stayed that close to the beach! It was so easy to haul 4 toddlers and all the beach stuff back and forth with this great location! The house is dated but very clean and has everything you would need! The two Kings were great for the adults and the loft was perfect for the kids!

great place

On our first day there we were pleased to see how clean and well kept the house was. although I prefer a beach front property I grew to really enjoy the location. First morning while sitting on the deck having coffee two mature bucks came strolling through the yard. this was an everyday thing. The house felt like home to not only me but to my family as well. The bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped and easy to maintain. the living room furniture could use an update but this didn't take away from our enjoyment of the house. For the first time ever I didn't want to go home. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Fun Family Annual Beach Trip

I rent a house and take the everyone to the beach for a family week every summer. My first time renting on Fripp. This house is amazingly close to the beach even though it's not beach front. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed especially since we cooked every night. We loved seeing all the deer and the island is beautiful and laid back. There were 10 of us and everyone had a blast!

Wonderful week

We absolutely loved our stay here. This was one of the best outfitted homes we have ever rented. It had so many extras like dish detergent, laundry detergent, soaps, toilet paper, trash bags etc. Plenty of extra towels. The home was extremely clean. The walk to the beach was so easy and the central location on the island made for a perfect week. We would absolutely rent here again!

Location was centrally located and close to the beach. Better than that, Mary is a fantastic host who made the whole process very easy. The kitchen was the stocked with everything we needed. Great time away at Fripp!
