We do have a noise monitoring device in the living room area. The device only monitors noise levels. It does not record and can not listen in.

Bedroom one has a queen bed with a brand new memory foam mattress. This room also has a makeup/dress vanity where you can relax and get ready for your day.

Bedroom two also has a queen bed with a brand new memory foam mattress. This room has a sofa pull-out bed as well. The sheets and pillows for the sofa bed are conveniently located in the closet along with a foam mattress topper for some added comfort.

The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials you will need to enjoy your stay. There is also a Kuerig coffee maker along with some coffee and creamer to get you started.

The living room has stylish seating for you to relax and watch Netflix or YouTube if you desire. There’s a guitar for you to strum your favorite tune, don’t worry if you don’t know how to play there is a guitar buddy connected that allows one-button chord application.

Open the French doors all the way and enjoy indoor/outdoor living style. The backyard has super comfy couches and a propane fire pit for you to enjoy. We have propane bottles you can use to exchange at the local market that is only 0.3 miles away. Enjoy the BBQ grill while you play Cornhole or TikiToss.

The house is equipped with high speed internet (500 Mbps)!

There are two bicycles in the outside closet for you to ride around and enjoy the local neighborhood.

A portable Air Conditioning unit is in the closet of one of the rooms if you need it (very infrequently needed).

This is a very clean and clutter-free house.
