Steps to the heated pool and gorgeous beach - which runs for over ten miles! Run out barefoot to the beach, enjoy a swim or relax on the beach chairs. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the screened lanai, living room or bedroom. Bike on the 12 miles of bike lanes. Convenient restaurants and shops right across the street. A few minutes walk to Durante park and nature reserve. Five minute drive to Publix, fifteen to St Armand's Circle with dozens of restaurants and shops. Our home faces west toward the sunset. Two bedrooms, both with king beds, deluxe brand new Stearns and Foster bed and walk-in closet in the main bedroom. Both with private baths. High-speed internet and cable tv included. Two desk/work areas. Additional futon nook for extra guest. Quiet north end of the island. Reserved parking. In unit laundry. Close drive to Sarasota and Anna Maria Island. One month minimum rentals. No pets.
