Located in the Baynard Cove / Heritage Woods neighborhood, it is a fantastic beach orientated house with direct access to the famous bike / walking path that take you through all of Sea Pines amenities and beaches. The large patio / pool deck is in the completely fenced in rear yard along with separate areas for lounging and bar-b-queuing. Just behind the property is access to the famous Sea Pines bike paths so you are just steps away to pedaling or walking to the best beaches on the entire island, with South Beach Marina and Harbour Town within minutes without ever getting into a car. The house is also convenient to all of Sea Pines excellent golf courses.
The main living area contains sofas and seating with a view of the outside patio and pool. There is a 47' LCD TV with DVD, and lots of room to spread out. There is also a full bathroom / powder room just off the kitchen and entry foyer convenient to everyone. There are 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a KING bed with a full bath; a second bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom; and a third bedroom with 2 twins that can be converted to a single, King size bed. The primary has a 32' LCD TV. Additionally there is laundry room with space for drying wet items.
Cooking and eating in the kitchen and dining areas will be a pleasant experience. The kitchen is bright (skylight provides natural lite) and contains all necessary, quality appliances. There is plenty of space to prep foods on the stone counter tops. Small appliances, table service and cook ware are plentiful. The dining table which seats 6 is orientated with views of the living room, kitchen and the rear pool / patio area. and you can seat another 2 - 4 at the kitchen table or island bar.
In the rear yard there is a smooth shaped pool and a very large pool deck. All weather exterior furniture and comfortable seating allow you to relax and even eat your meals outside if you would like. A large surface, gas grill is conveniently located, but out of the way, just off the rear patio can be fired up so you can bar-b-que your favorite fresh foods. The landscaped areas in the fenced in back yard provide absolute privacy while being only steps away from the Sea Pines bike path giving you convenient access to all Sea Pines has to offer. The front yard is also nicely landscaped and a long driveway plus a car port provides ample space for multiple cars. There is also an outside storage room to store bikes and beach and pool toys.
