Nestled along the Monterey Bay is one of the most scenic stretches of California's central coastline. Spanning 1 1/2 miles of pristine beach, the house is in a secluded, gated community with a collection of beautiful beachfront homes.

Perfect family vacation, Pajaro Dunes is located 4 miles West of Watsonville, and 20 miles South of Santa Cruz which is home of the Beach Boardwalk and Santa Cruz Mountain Redwoods. 20 minutes to Monterey.

Great house, great location on the beach

Everything was great about the stay. Easy check in process, great communication from the owner, and a very welcome stay. We were steps from an uncrowded part of the beach. Would highly recommend !

Another Great Stay

This the second time we've stayed at this home and once again we were very happy with the home. The location is unbeatable, sitting on the deck with the ocean just a few feet away is always a treat.

Waking up each morning to the sun on the water was wonderful! Beach is spectacular for long walks.

We had a great time enjoying the property, the outlook and each other. Wonderful time for family.

Second time staying here!

We enjoyed it again, and will book again next year if it works out for everyone! All is lovely, well supplied and the guest house and hot tub on deck with "phenom" view are all huge bonuses of this place!!

Wonderful family celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Uma’s home on the beach. The location was amazing with wonderful ocean views throughout. It was a perfect place to celebrate a family birthday with our extended family group. We hope to return soon!

Making Memories

A beautiful stay with seven female friends. The location of the house and the deck outside is outstanding. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and the amenities in the kitchen were plenty full. Communication with the owner was timely and attentive. We highly recommend this property!

A Great Place for Family

We rented this place for my mom's 80th birthday and it was perfect. Plenty of space to gather. Uma was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing stay at Pajaro!

The house is beautiful and very well appointed!! The view from the kitchen table through the family room and the deck is magical. We watched dolphins, seals and even whales all day. We will be back!!

Relaxing Get Away

The property was beyond our expectations. The home was comfortable and you can’t beat the ocean view. The owner was quick to respond and was very accommodating. I’m so glad we chose this property to celebrate a milestone birthday.

We really enjoyed the view from the property! It was beautiful. The house did seem a bit worn and could use updating. The manager was very helpful and answered right away if we had any problems

Great Memories Made

Grandparents, parents and kids had a great time! The house was perfect for our extended family stay. Two decks afforded great views of the ocean and the hills. Beach access was quick and easy. Great family memories were made! Thank you!!

Great views, lovely home

Clearly this property has had recent upgrades, very appealing overall. The house was more spacious than it looked. The location could not be better, with great views of the ocean and extremely easy beach access. Our family had a great time, and we all want to return for another visit sometime.

Wonderful beach weekend getaway

What a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy family time. The house was amazing and was ready with everything you could need. We were even greeted with a welcome basket and note...nice touch! There was plenty of space for us all to spread but spend most of the time on the beautiful deck. Uma was so easy to work with and made the stay even more enjoyable. Can't wait to go back :)

Dream Vacation

There were ten of us adults that were able to enjoy this beach front home in June. The view is amazing with grand windows to see the view for miles in every direction. The downstairs bedrooms do not include a view but the master bedroom opens up into the Pacific Ocean. The furnishings are cozy. We attended a destination wedding on Pajaro Dunes with 150+ family members coming in from around the country. Many rented condos & houses on site-- our beach house was by far the best & envy of the entire family.

Beach paradise

Wonderful home! You couldn’t get a better view and location. Kitchen was stocked and there was ample room. Great home for a large family and beautiful large deck to make everyone comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Our family had a perfect vacation and felt at home. Uma was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!!!

On the Beach

This spacious home looks right onto the beach and a very nearby access path took our family group for beach walks every day. There's plenty of room for various family activities in the house. The appliances are updated, like a cool toaster. Bedrooms have closets and dressers. Our family enjoyed this home and the beauty of peaceful surroundings and glowing sunsets.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Ocean view is expansive and truly spectacular. The Kitchen is perfectly equipped for any chef. Dining room allows full ocean views and is spacious for large groups. The location is excellent. We enjoyed viewing the scenery, walking the beach and visiting Monterey and Santa Cruz. Shopping is near and convenient. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Checking in and out was a breeze. Uma was very helpful and responded rapidly to any request.

Wonderful Pajaro Dunes Vacation House

Enjoyed a relaxing vacation with the family at this beach front property. Everything matched our exceptions, especially the homeowner! Uma was fantastic in addressing a small issue at checkin. She went above our expectations in ensuring all our needs were met. I wish all VRBO hosts/owners were this proactive. Looking forward to our next stay at this property.
