The upper floor is home to a spacious living room, a full kitchen with breakfast bar seating and modern appliances, a cozy dining area, and two bedrooms. Head downstairs, and you will find another lounging area with a TV, sofa, and a foosball table to indulge in a bit of friendly competition! If you haven't had your fill of sunshine after a day at the beach, step out to the deck and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine in hand.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A nice oasis close to town
This house is clean and roomier than it would appear. We enjoyed the proximity to town and the bike trail, as well as to Nauset and Rock Harbor. We would stay here again.

Great place
This home had everything we needed for a family of 5. The home is nicely renovated and clean. It is close to many great spots. We rented bikes and bike path you can pickup in downtown Orleans is great. The ride from the house to the bike path is a bit scary, there is a shoulder but traffic moves pretty fast.

Nice Getaway, convenient and clean
Enjoyed a stay at this home in October. House was clean and well kept, and provided good space for our party. The one floor living and two full baths were a plus! My only feedback on areas for improvement would be to stock additional paper products (tissues, aluminum foil, saran wrap, Ziploc bags for leftovers, more paper towels than half a roll and more toilet paper). I understand that there are local grocery stores but the house is advertised as stocked and it really was bare bones. Aside from that I have no complaints and would rent this house again if the need arose.

Wonderful stay in Orleans!
October is a beautiful time to be on Cape Cod and this home in Orleans was a perfect fit for our family. It was close to everything and a quiet place to stay. The updates are lovely throughout the home and the basement is a great place for foosball, fun and watching the big game on TV. Highly recommend!

Nice family vacation
We had a great stay. All good. Nice landing near by at crystal lake, we went for a swim and the kids had fun with their inflatable boat. Close to beaches, but you need the car.

Home is nice but lacking necessities
The home itself is lovely and was very clean upon our arrival. However, the management company leaves much to be desired. There was no hand soap at any of the sinks so we had to haul the shower bar soaps back and forth. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and not even a quarter of a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. There were only two dish pellets and two trash bags for a four night stay with six people and a near empty bottle of laundry soap which made it hard to wash beach towels. It definitely felt like they were trying to cut corners to save money. There were also only two beach chairs (no umbrella) for a beach house that sleeps six. We left a boogie board that we purchased for future guests to use. Overall, Orleans is wonderful and this is a cute and centrally located house, but I think it could do much better with a new management company. It felt expensive for what we got.

Overall we were happy with the house. Outside needs some cleanup on the table and chair set. We would highly recommend putting towel racks in bathrooms as no place to hang more than one towel.

Very Very Nice home
The pictures you have of this property are good, but the property is even nicer when you see it for your self. Roomy, bedrooms are separated for privacy.

Inviting and spacious
Beautiful, private home! Clean and a well stocked kitchen. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and beautiful. The basement was awesome. Cool temperature for sleeping space. The Foosball table was hit with the 6 kids! It is conveniently located near shops. Overall, loved the space, but for a sleeps 8, I expected more seating in the living room. The full sized bed should be a queen size. The price was a little high for not being close to a beach.

Great place near beaches!
My family stayed here and loved it’s location—a quick drive to Skaket and Nauset beaches and good restaurants. The house is very clean with comfortable beds and lots of light. We appreciated the use of the all beach towels and a couple of beach chairs. We’d definitely stay here again.
