Room for 6 (1 Queen, one full, one high quality auto inflate/deflate Queen in Livingroom for children or guests) . One of the few cottages that has a large lot for your boat, golf cart... Close to pool, lake. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the scenery! 55" TV for the kids when it rains!

Very comfortable house

Gated neighborhood of cottages and trailers. Everyone very friendly. House was well appointed, plenty of parking, close to pool and lake. No big deal, but there is a small charge and paperwork to get a hanging decal for gate entry.

Great area for adventure!

We love the area and enjoyed visiting the surrounding springs in Ocala. The lake is beautiful and the cottage was in the perfect location for our week of adventures. The property host was attentive and available to all our needs.

latest family / cousin reunion success!! 25+ years strong at Elite Resort. Cabin 30 has some lovely upgrades and is just down right charming! Christopher is an excellent host - even let me back in the next weekend to retrieve a sentimental book my son left. Full marks across the board.

Amazing!

The owner is so great, easy to get in touch with if needed. The cabin is beautiful, clean, and cozy. Nice touches with towels, soaps, popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate, games for the kids, books, free wifi, smart TV with all the popular apps, and to add, a nice self inflating Queen/full air mattress for an additional sleeping space. Would recommend and book again.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

The cabin nice and clean with everything you need. We stayed over at Thanksgiving and we had all the pots and pans we needed. Cris was easy to get it tough with. The guard gate and check in process was super smooth. This cabin has a large driveway, unlike most others at the camp. We could fit out boat trailer and 2 cars.

Great cottage with access to nature!

Cris and Barbara were very welcoming and helpful hosts. The cabin was even nicer than the pictures show. Clean, cute, full kitchen, nice beds. The resort has plenty of amenities and a beautiful tree filled park along the lake. We used the cottage as a home base to kayak Silver River (30mins) and Salt Springs Run (5mins) and took a spin on Lake Kerr. There seemed to be lots of hiking available in the area too for next time. Loved it and we will be back!

Family Lake Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was as described and also had a gas grill for us to use. All of the cabins that I have rented in the resort ask that the a/c not be turned down lower than 75. Our cabin had ceiling fans and it did not affect us. If you are someone who needs your a/c set lower than that then you may want to consider that when booking. Our host was very accommodating so you could also ask him about the a/c before you book.

Wonderful Reunion stay

Cris was super helpful as we arrived after check in hours and he personally helped us to the cottage and gave us a tour. Will definitely rent from Cris in the future! The cottage was immaculate and very convenient to the amenities on the property. Thank you, Cris!

Cabin close to fishing

Wonderful clean comfortable cabin, a great relaxing place to rest up after a long day fishing! Owners Chris & Barbara lives next door and are Great Friendly Folks to host this home away from home!

Fantastic

Everything from the start to the end of renting this was very simple and easy and the communication with the owners was quick and very helpful! Now as far as the place itself it was as it said in the listing and very clean we had such a wonderful time while we were there and Chris and Barbara are such great people so glad we got to meet them! We will be visiting again!

The owner of the property Chris and Barbara manage the property very well. They provide everything we need in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It is very convenient. The property is very Clean and cozy. Cris gave us a lot of information of nearby activities which is very useful. There is a lakeside view in the resort we can watch sunset.

Everything you need in a great location

This chalet is well equipped and located in a lovely resort in the heart of the beautiful Ocala National Forest which offers numerous trails and recreation areas for swimming and canoeing. Supermarket is just around the corner, and hosts were on hand if we needed them. It was a perfect stay.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a very memorable Christmas at this beautiful cabin. Everything was within walking distance in the park, the pool, lake, park, and laundry mat. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of paradise. I highly recommend staying here!

Comfy cottage on the lake

We drove up from Sanford, FL for the dirt bike races at Hogwaller. This place was conveniently located about 20 minutes from the Hogwaller front gate. Everything we needed was right at the entrance to the Salt Springs RV resort. We didn't know til we were leaving there is a golf cart rental guy inside the park which would have definitely enhanced our trip and we will be renting from him next trip! The amenities are great and well maintained! Swimming pool, hot tub, fishing, table ping pong, Foosball, pool tables... plenty of things to keep you busy and entertained. The sunset was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!
