About this property

This property is in one of the most desirable areas of the Grand Strand. It is within walking distance to Kingston Plantation Resort and Apache Pier. Ocean Annie's, an extremely popular beach spot, is only 3 buildings down. The beach is a great family beach.

The Straw Market is just across the street with a general store, restaurant, and other stores. Kroger supermarket and Restaurant Row are just a half mile away, consisting of 7 seafood restaurants, Cagney's Seafood and Steak, Rossi's Italian, and Steak and Irish restaurants.

If nightly entertainment is your thing, 2001 is also just up the street. This area of the beach has so many opportunities. Apache Pier is within walking distance with fishing, food, and nightly entertainment. Serious shopping is just up the road at Barefoot Landing, and downtown Myrtle Beach is 15 minutes away.

The condo is nicely appointed with Pergo flooring in the living area, carpet in the bedrooms which was placed in 2008. Washer and dryer available in the condo.

Private pools for condo guests are located on property- one located right under this unit and and a heated pool is located across the street with a putting green. Also, charcoal grilling areas are provided on the property.

This condo is perfect! Right on the beach and close to lots of dining and shopping!

The owners were great to work with and had many extras ready for us, like hand soap dispensers, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, etc. Checking in and out was simple and onsite. Everything you’d need for the kitchen was provided! Loved the toaster oven and made cooking simple for 4. Great place and will definitely look to rent again! We had an issue with the air conditioner on arrival but the owners called maintenance and it was fixed within a couple of hours! Wonderful trip!

Location is perfect for this rental. Condo unit is Close to elevator, easy access to the beach and beautiful,oceanfront view. Condo was very clean upon arrival and kitchen fully equipped. Owner is easy to work with and replies immediately to any questions. Condo location convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment. We had a great time.

A well equipped condominium in a fantastic location.

A great place to vacation! This is a very nice condominium with a fabulous ocean view. We stay in this area every year and always meet new people. It's A great family atmosphere.

Gorgeous views of the ocean. Convenient location.

Debbie was very accommodating in making a last minute booking on a holiday weekend a great wedding anniversary present for my wife. We loved the accommodations. The beach access is second to none. The views of the ocean are breathtaking. Enjoyed every minute we were there.

Myrtle Beach 3br condo

This is the first time in over 30 years of extensive travel that I have felt compelled to write a review. I just want to start by saying this property is exactly as advertised. The owner is fantastic to deal with and honest in every sense of the word. The views of the Ocean from this unit is second to none. By far the best Ocean Front view I have ever had and Ive stayed at properties from Hotel Blue up to Kingston Plantation. Just all around a comfromtable unit to spend a vacation. You are within 2 minute walk to Ocean Annies where there is entertainment Oceanside from 11am to 11pm. Staying on Shore Drive is all in one proposition. If party wanted to they would never have to move vehicle from this condo location. Everything from great restauraunts to convienient stores located within walking distance. The lunch at Flip Flops across the street, and Excellent hamburger restauraunt poolside at Ocean Annies are a fantastic value. For great Happy Hour specials and Seafood we have Biminis closeby. I would highly recommend this unit and the Stevens family as landlords to any family or friend. In my opinion the best location on the beach with the best views. The unit is large, clean and comfromtable. The huge selection of TV channels in this unit also came in handy. Im not a professional writer by any means but wanted to give this special place a rave review. One last thing is the elevators work perfectly and rarely a line.

Beautiful Oceanfront Views

My thinking this year was spend a little more for an oceanfront condo and enjoy the view all week. My plan worked perfectly. This condo has a spectacular view of the beach and also overlooks the swimming pool. Instead of being several rows back and having to load up all the beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. and walk several blocks, just push G on the elevator and walk out to the beach. This condo has beautiful hardwood floors in the great room with a flat screen on the wall. Nice comfortable couch and chairs and the master bedroom has a private balcony. I really appreciated the secure WiFi and the password is written on the wireless router. Nice private laundry room with this condo means no one else in the building will be using the washer and dryer but your family. Full kitchen comes completely furnished with coffee maker, blender, cold frig, stove etc. which is nice if you want to cook in and avoid the long lines at most restaurants. Owners were easy to deal with and we can't wait to go back again. BTW, for those interested, a liquor store is within walking distance and be sure and try out the restaurant/bar Harry and the Hats for karaoke on Tuesday nights. My family had a blast.
